Music exams are such big business in this country. And utterly ruthless. Paid 100 quid for a Grade 8 exam and lo! @TrinityC_L now charge extra to get a paper certificate. And it's not even clear how much extra as their website is absolutely appallingly complicated.
.@MusicroomOnline - I ordered some items as Xmas presents. The order arrived incomplete. I submitted an enquiry and waited patiently. No response. I called today and your voicemail states the phone lines are closed until 2 Jan. What's happening?

I'll soon be off to what I expect to be my last ever parents' evening. I'm so glad to be shot of the whole school system. I'd like to say it's been a pleasure but a lot of it has been bloody awful. I've been threatening to dress up as a clown specially for the occasion.
So, kids have jumped through the hoops. Parents forked out £75 for University Admissions Test UK for @warwickmaths (and others) with the truly awful and badly-organised, money-spinning @PearsonVUE . Results of #TMUA now out and everyone seems to have scored lower than expected.
Now lots of youngsters anxiously waiting to know whether their applications to Warwick (and others) have been in vain. @warwickmaths haven't bothered updating their Maths webpage to say where they've moved the goal posts too and what score is deemed acceptable.

Suspicious lack of trains from Lewisham to Bexleyheath this evening. One that was running late has now disappeared and is replaced with another which is late and getting later which would suggest that might not not exist. Can @Se_Railway advise please?
Utter mess at Birmingham New Street. No information and staff clueless. I have Midland tickets. Are @AvantiWestCoast running ok to Euston? Should we buy new tickets or can we pay the difference?
