Congrats to @TrellisAZ on today's grand opening of their new affordable housing rental community on Mission Lane in Phx. ADOH funded $2.7M of the 43 units that'll converted to affordable homes after 15-yr. rental period bridging the gap to both affordable housing & homeownership.
