Does OT fans’ love for 2D Clone Wars debunk Lucas’s claims that they wanted Star Wars to be The Terminator?
It’s got a lot of over-the-top action, but also a lot of humor and innocence.
It found a balance and an audience in the middle of a time when a lot of fans were giving up.
When collecting toys, receiving an item via eBay that is not what was in the item listing’s photo is pretty disappointing. (Unless, of course, it was something else you wanted, I guess.)
I love the 2D Clone Wars…although rewatching it this morning made me wish someone had taken another pass at the script.
There are some redundancies in the dialogue that are awkward to hear.

ToastedGreedo has just released the full version of "Star Wars Trilogy Arcade" for the SEGA Dreamcast.

I will try to avoid spoilers, but, man, this starts to make Multiverse of Madness seem…well…a bit unnecessary, no?
But what is bugging me most are the little nitpicks about how things work with AI and tech in general.
Performances are great, though.
I've been snooping through old games folders on my computers seeing what still works...so many quick, arcade-style games were making the rounds when "bundles" started being a thing.
I also found my old Cube World installation file, but that doesn't seem to work anymore.
Why, yes, I did just spend the last 20 minutes playing the 2011 arcade/platformer game called Muffin Knight.
Such a simple, straightforward premise, but still a real treat to play.
Thinking about “prequel revisionism” and how “OT fans” seem generally to love the 2D Clone Wars.
Maybe enough credit isn’t given to the micro-series for keeping the goodwill of the fans who were disappointed by the prequels.
The sequel era didn’t really have anything like it.
I bought the Double Dragon Trilogy on Steam because it was less than $2. I used to love playing the first game at a pizza shop near my friend's house as a kid.
I hate to say it, but I'm afraid DD1 is more something you play for its historic value than fun at this point.
It still has a lot of its charm...but it feels janky and primitive by today's standards. (And, as a reviewer notes, the "modern" HUD isn't doing it any favors.)
Goshforbid one of the bad guys gets a bat and corners you.
If there is such a high demand for RAM, then isn’t the solution for manufacturers to step up production? Why should it ever come to rationing consumer access? Isn’t that how capitalism works? (I am speaking out of ignorance of RAM production, btw.)
Either someone has a very low threshold for what counts as ancient, or it's a huge testament to Tolkien's genius that someone thinks his modern book is actually ancient.
Me: I'm going to cut back on spending in November.
Also Me: I'm going to spend my entire November junk budget between 4AM and 10AM shopping clearance deals online this morning.
Has this become a vice? Do I need to seek spiritual help?
