Together, my family and the staff at LivingWell & Northwestern Medicine were all a team during my momma’s battle (and still today). Now I get to honor one of the most important teams I’ve ever been a part of this Sunday, and it means the world. Thank YOU @NorthwesternMed! – at Houston, TX

There are no words to describe this tremendous loss to our UVA Football family. Lavel, Devin, D’Sean - you will all be dearly missed and we will never forget the impact you had on our team and community.

Believe it or not, your coach wants you to be better. Learn to find the actual message in their comments and feedback. What do you have to do to be better and more successful? That's ultimately both of your goals.

Think about your life. Do you give yourself a chance for your greatest potential to shine through? Or is the battle lost before it's even fought? Instead of letting negative what-ifs paralyze you, choose to allow positive what-ifs to give you hope for the future!
