The biggest hit Angelechy could’ve had on banlist is having no hits at all. It was hit far more than Elfnote even tho 0 actual chess cards were hit. Now EVERYONE is prepared for it in main, side, extra, everything. Making it worse placed than it was last format with no hits! Have to change how the entire deck is played now.
It’s still a great deck but have to adjust playstyle entirely and play way more starters now to respect your opponent respecting you
These duels are real yugioh. 20 turn actual chess battles. Anyone can win at any time. I love this shit. The greatest game in the world. This is why I love yugioh

Btw all decks mentioned in Rogue have real potential. They have SOMETHING going for them. They may not be great but they aren’t ass by any means. Blue eyes for example or unchained don’t sleep. Also they aren’t proven yet vs the current top decks, they could very much be higher after someone proves it

All 1 card combos in Elfnote PP Magna still lead to 12 interuptions with full insulation into every hand trap the EXACT same way as it had before. Substitute Tinia for Fortuna in the line sequencing, still setup link 2, link 3, number 90, then with trap go june pride and subtitute Dragster for Zalen (literally same shit) and Crystal Wing-> Clear Wing (yes this one is worse but its the 12th interupt cherry aura farm on top so who gives a shit)
When I tell you literally nothing changed for Elf Ars PP I really mean it. Tinia and welcome home were shit starters anyways. You replace them for even better high quality starters that dont synchro lock LMAO. And if even 10 more starters get banned for consistency reasons there are literally 20 more that do the same thing
