The Region 3 Trinity Regional Flood Planning Group (RFPG) is soliciting nominations to fill voting positions on the Region 3 Trinity RFPG.
The nomination form is available online at trinityrfpg.org/ under the Resources tab, then go to “Planning Documents,” or follow this direct link to the form: trinityrfpg.org/wp-content/u….
Nomination forms must be received by 5 p.m., Monday, June 20, 2025. Please submit completed nomination forms by email to the Region 3 Trinity RFPG Nominating Committee, c/o Scott Harris at [email protected].
Nominees who either operate in or have interests in the region are being solicited to represent electric generating utilities, small business, river authorities, counties, agricultural, water districts and public categories.
In an effort to hear from as many communities and individuals as possible, the Region 3 Trinity Regional Flood Planning Group (Trinity RFPG) has extended the deadline to March 31, 2025 to submit information about flood-related issues in your area.

To all those in the Trinity Region who have been affected by flood-related issues, don't forget to submit your data via our survey and interactive web map, available at trinity.halff.com/, before Feb. 11.
We need to hear from you about flood-related issues in your area and have launched an online data collection tool for that purpose. The data collection portal is now open (trinity.halff.com) and will remain available through Feb. 11, 2025.
Those interested in submitting feedback on the Draft 2024 State Flood Plan can do so in person during the @twdb public meeting tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. in room 170 of the Stephen F. Austin Building, 1700 North Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas.

ICYMI: We'll be hosting our next public meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Nov. 17 at the Tarrant Regional Water District's Administration Building in Fort Worth.
This important meeting will include reviewal and consideration of public and TWDB comments received to date on the Draft Regional Flood Plan, discussion around Plan revisions and potential authorization to submit the first-ever, final Regional Flood Plan to the TWDB.
