This new abstract landscape painting is one of my favourites from my latest work, especially the colour shifts - subtle in areas with pops of light.
Let me know what you like about it too.

My biggest mistake as a young coach?
Too much sarcasm and not enough empathy. It took me a long time to learn that coaches who show
empathy can inspire athletes to give more effort.
It increases their confidence and helps them deal with adversity better.
