It’s not in your head—but it’s also not in your genes.

🔹Being physically strong makes you mentally tougher:
Mental and physical toughness are linked.
Training outside in the freezing Scottish rain in February made me stronger and tougher.
Find an event you need to train for and commit to it no matter the conditions.

Your skin is screaming because your liver and gut can't.
When your gut barrier breaks down, toxins leak into your blood and your liver gets backed up. Once that happens, your skin becomes the backup detox organ.
That’s when your acne flares, eczema spreads and your face looks red/inflamed no matter what you put on it.
It’s not that your skincare isn’t working. It’s that your detox pathways are OVERLOADED.
Your skin is just doing what it has to do because nothing else is clearing the waste.
Until you fix what’s happening inside, you’ll keep chasing cleansers and creams that never deliver.
Your skin’s not the issue, it’s the reflection of what's going on inside.
Clear the burden and the glow comes back on its own.

Your gut is your second brain… so feed it wisely!
These symbiotic foods combine prebiotics (plant fibers that feed your good gut bacteria) & probiotics (live beneficial bacteria that support digestion and immunity).
They’re not the same, but they work together like a dream team! 🌿
What’s the difference?
Probiotics = Live good bacteria (found in foods like yogurt, kimchi, kefir)
Prebiotics = Food for those bacteria (found in onions, bananas, quinoa)
Here are some powerful pairings you can try:
Bananas + Yogurt
Quinoa + Kimchi
Onions + Tempeh
Sourdough + Miso soup
A healthy gut = better mood, energy, skin, and overall wellness.
Which combo are you adding to your plate today?

If you’re struggling with sugar cravings, you’re not alone; but constant cravings can lead to glucose spikes which lead to:
⚡️ Energy crashes
🍴 Increased hunger and overeating
🩸 Higher risk of insulin resistance
💔 Hormonal imbalances and mood swings
Here’s how to stop cravings to while supporting your body:
1️⃣ Start your day with protein: A high-protein breakfast keeps blood sugar steady and reduces sugar cravings later in the day 🍳
2️⃣ Balance every meal: Pair your carbs with healthy fats (like avocado 🥑 or nuts) and protein (like chicken 🍗 or fish 🐟). This slows digestion and prevents sugar spikes.
3️⃣ Eat more fiber: Foods like vegetables, berries, chia seeds, and legumes keep you full and reduce the urge to snack on sugary treats 🥦🍓.
4️⃣ Stay hydrated: Thirst can feel like hunger or cravings. Stay hydrated throughout the day 💧
5️⃣ Manage stress: High cortisol levels from stress can increase sugar cravings. Add calming activities like meditation, walking, or deep breathing to your day 🧘♀️🌿
6️⃣ Reduce artificial sweeteners: They can increase your desire for real sugar and disrupt your taste buds over time 🚫🍬
7️⃣ Get enough sleep: Sleep deprivation increases hunger hormones and your desire for sugar. Aim for 7–8 hours per night 😴✨.
8️⃣ Keep healthy snacks on hand: When cravings hit, reach for options like nuts, fruit, or dark chocolate (70%+ cacao) instead of processed sweets 🥜🍫 You can also have some pickles or pickle juice to brush the cravings away
9️⃣ Check for nutrient deficiencies: Low magnesium, zinc, or B vitamins can drive cravings. Correcting these can make a huge difference 🩺
🔟 Distract yourself with some pushups or a bout of deep work. This can brush the craving away💡
What’s your go-to strategy for stopping sugar cravings? Let me know below! ✨ I will next post what the underlying reasons for constant sugar cravins are, stay tuned!

I hope everyone who solely relied on Tik Tok for their income realizes that this is what conservatives went through when many of us were deplatformed, debanked, and demonetized across all of social media.
It sucks, doesn't it?
The difference here is with Tik Tok, the Government banned one app, whereas in our case, the Government banned ACTUAL PEOPLE from setting up accounts on any mainstream social media platforms. They pressured Twitter, YouTube, and META to totally restrict access to some folks. If you WERE allowed on those platforms and you monetized your content through your website (if your domain host didn't ban you too), your websites were probably listed as spam and couldn't be posted on those platforms.
I know that, because it happened to me.
And we didn't have the luxury of building somewhere else.
My advice to anyone who needs Tik Tok for their income: diversify. Start building your community on other platforms. Rumble would be my first place to go.

A family counselor of 50yrs told me:
A strange thing happens when a child sees their father loving their mother- they feel like their father is loving them.
Same thing when their mother shows affection to their father.
IHO, it's the only time a human can be loved indirectly.

Why are so many afraid of the vaccine evidence? I think, at least for some, it's because they're afraid to discover they've been lied to their entire lives.
The evidence is clear. The higher number of vaccines given to infants, the greater the occurrence of disorders.
“The more vaccines that you give to these neonates, the more trouble they are, the more sickly they get,” said @BrianHookerPhD.

Separate Mom from baby as quickly as possible to break the bond making it easier to indoctrinate that child. Throw in trauma inducing CIO and day care for 8 hours- and just like that, you've created the perfect child to brainwash however you please.
Co-sleeping has been so demonized that its the Go To "cause" of an infants death when it really was the 8 vaccines they just received 24 hours earlier.
