I didnt like the arguement but judges hearing the case knew facts well which is bad for the state. One clearly wants to protect other cases, he will try to limit scope on this ruling.
I think it will be 3-0 for Allen.
Warning about today's Richard Allen appeal:
Its going to be tough to listen to if you want justice. There's way too much to fit in 30 minutes. They have to hit high points and move on to the next one. If you get bogged down on a single issue the appeals court will say "harmless"

What's not a joke: Richard Allen is innocent and was completely denied a fair trial by one of the most corrupt judges alive. The prosecutor was more concerned with winning then truth.
Tomorrow morning his appeal is heard, may justice be done.
