parker washington is the easiest player in the league to root for 6th round pick. 185th overall. day 3, when the draft is background noise. rookie year he hurt his knee and disappeared. year two he was the punt returner. the guy you knew for one 96 yard return and nothing else. went into last season 4th on the depth chart. behind a first rounder and a heisman winner. came out of it as the jaguars' number one receiver. nobody handed him a thing. no hype, no draft capital, nobody in his corner but him. he ran his own race. kept showing up until they couldn't keep him off the field... and then he took the whole room. now he's the guy every fantasy nerd was fighting over in august. the guy trevor trusts when it matters. still on a 6th round contract, and the jags know they're about to have to pay him. scored the first td of the season in the home opener on sunday. in the gold cleats (those go hard af btw) he is all of us. the guy who kept showing up when nobody was looking and then made it impossible not to look. the kind of guy you buy the jersey of because of who he is, not just how he plays. somebody's about to pay him. pray to God it's #DUUUVAL #H11M #chopwoodcarrywater @CPW11_
