Yes. We know it's raining in Gaza. It's also raining in Israel. Difference is, in Israel we have the infrastructure to handle rain because we didn't start a stupid war and then lose the stupid war. Cry more.

Haters need a target, and jews, as a collective, don't know how to follow the advice I give my children "Don't get noticed!", and that is all it takes to be repeatedly victimised by psychopathic groups. It isn't about the players or the specifics of what they do, it is about the dynamic.

96% of Jews in Poland were murdered by the Nazis. That is genocide.
3% of Gazaโs population, mostly male combatants, died in the war they started. That is not genocide.

1/2 A note to Piers Morganโฆ
Within living memory, one third of the world's Jews were systematically exterminated. Six million people murdered, not in some distant, uncivilised corner of the world, but in the heart of Europe, where Jews had lived, worked, contributed and integrated into society for generations.
The Holocaust is not simply a chapter in a history book for Jews. It is embedded in our collective memory. It explains why we worry about our families' security, why we are cautious about whom we trust, and why we know that the veneer of civilisation can be frighteningly thin. Our neighbours turned against us. Others simply stood by and watched.
The re-establishment of Israel in 1948 was supposed to ensure that never again would Jews be dependent on the goodwill of others for their survival.
And this was no arbitrary piece of territory. It was our ancestral homeland, from which Jewish sovereignty had been extinguished by the Romans nearly 2,000 years earlier.
Throughout the centuries of exile, persecution and expulsion, Jews never stopped yearning to return.
The United Nations recognised that right to self-determination in 1947. But from the moment Israel declared independence, its neighbours sought its destruction. Despite the vast expanse of the Arab world, they could not tolerate a Jewish state on a sliver of land roughly the size of Wales.
And rather than help resolve the refugee crisis created by that conflict, the international community established a system through UNRWA under which refugee status could be passed down through generations, perpetuating the Palestinian refugee question rather than resolving it.
My own father was a Holocaust survivor from Poland. Yet I am not a refugee, nor would I dream of claiming to be one. Why should the descendants of Palestinians be treated so differently?
When British India was partitioned in 1947, millions were displaced. Yet the international community did not establish a permanent, hereditary refugee system to perpetuate that conflict indefinitely.
Israel, meanwhile, has spent nearly eight decades having to defend its very existence. Peace has been offered, rejected, negotiated and repeatedly undermined. Whatever the failures on both sides, the Jewish state's fundamental right to exist should never have been in question.
And this is what you, Piers, seem so spectacularly incapable of understanding.
When Israel comes under attack, Jews around the world don't simply see another foreign conflict. We see the potential destruction of the one place on earth that guarantees we will never again be defenceless.
When we witness the explosion of antisemitism, particularly online, so often disguised as righteous opposition to Israel, we recognise something terrifyingly familiar.
We've seen this movie before. We know how it ends.
The difference today is that Israel exists. Its people are armed, proud and determined. Jews will never again be marched helplessly to their deaths without the means to resist.
And the Islamist extremists who openly call for Israel's destruction make no secret of their wider ambitions. Israel is not their final destination. The West is next.
Yet you seem to treat all this as another opportunity for confrontation, controversy and clicks.
You present yourself as the fearless, impartial referee between competing opinions, but there is a profound difference between genuine journalism and providing a lucrative platform for those who demonise the world's only Jewish state.
Of course Israel can be criticised. Its government can be challenged. Its military decisions can be scrutinised. But there is a world of difference between holding a democracy accountable and relentlessly feeding a narrative that questions its legitimacy while ignoring the historical trauma and existential fears of the Jewish people.
Several centuries ago the Pope decreed that all the Jews had to convert to Catholicism or leave Italy. There was a huge outcry from the Jewish community so the Pope offered a deal.
He would hold a religious debate with the leader of the Jewish community. If the Jews won, they could stay in Italy. If the Pope won, they'd have to convert or leave.
The Jewish people met and picked an aged and wise rabbi to represent them in the debate.โจHowever, as the rabbi spoke no Italian and the Pope spoke no Yiddish, both sides agreed that it would be a "silent" debate.
On the chosen day the Pope and rabbi sat opposite each other.โจThe Pope raised his hand and showed three fingers.
The rabbi looked back and raised one finger and shook it at the Pope.
Next the Pope waved his finger around his head.
The rabbi pointed to the ground where he sat.
The Pope brought out a communion wafer and a chalice of wine.
The rabbi pulled out an apple.
With that, the Pope stood up and declared himself beaten and said that the rabbi was too clever. The Jews could stay in Italy.
Later the cardinals met with the Pope and asked him what had happened.
The Pope said, "First I held up three fingers to represent the Trinity. He responded by holding up a single finger, shaking it to remind me there is still only one God common to both our beliefs.โ
"Then, I waved my finger around my head to show him that God is all around us. He responded by pointing to the ground to show that God is also right here with us.โ
"I pulled out the wine and wafer to show that God absolves us of all our sins. He pulled out an apple to remind me of the original sin.โ
"He beat me at every move and I could not continue."
Meanwhile, the Jewish community gathered to ask the rabbi how he'd won.
"I haven't a clue," the rabbi said. "First, he told me that we had three days to get out of Italy so I shook my finger saying no.โ
"Then he tells me that the whole country would be cleared of Jews and I told him that we were staying right here."
"And then what?" asked a woman.
"Who knows?" said the rabbi. "He took out his lunch so I took out mine."

Victor Davis Hanson is one of the wisest and smartest people with common sense and understanding. Here is is rebuking JD Vance and his friend Tucker who have been blaming and attack Israel and even attacking Trump himself.
JD Vance has been a liability for the Trump administration, not only he hasnโt accomplished a single significant task, he has been blaming Israel while defending the Islamic terrorists. If Jd Vance is against war with terrorist ayatollah me, why didnโt he resign? He was given the opportunity to fix the Islamic regimeโs nuclear program and couldnโt do it.
Instead he kept pushing for negotiations and diplomacy which dragged the war until midterms which was Qatar and ayatollahs plan all along.
His best friend Tucker Carlson has been attacking and demonizing republicans, blaming the Jews, Israel and Netanyahu for almost everything. Not once and Vance dared to refute or condemn the fake allegations made by Tucker.
JD Vance single handily destroyed @realDonaldTrump presidency and legacy. Rubio and DeSantis are the best options for the 2028.
