🔙 🚨 After Real Madrid signings, Lamine Yamal mocked Marc Cucurella in an interview for signing for Real Madrid: “I told him he's going to start the first [Clásico] game and be a substitute in the second because I'm going to eat him alive!” 😂🔥 When they finally faced each other for the first time, Cucurella COOKED Lamine Yamal!

🚨🇧🇷🗣️ ROBERTO CARLOS on how he became REAL MADRID'S AGENT, convincing ZINEDINE ZIDANE and DAVID BECKHAM to join the club : “I didn't negotiate Zidane's transfer. His signing came about because of what he did on the pitch. The way he played for Juventus and France was extraordinary. During a match, I told him to come to Real Madrid if he wanted to win titles. It wasn't a formal negotiation. Great players naturally dream of playing for Real Madrid. With Beckham, it was similar. I told him, ‘Come with us, and you'll be happy.’ I said it during a match, too. I remember joking with him and telling him that we would see each other soon. It was more about telling great players that they should experience Real Madrid. When you're part of the club, you understand its history and greatness, and you want the best players beside you because that's how you learn. When Zidane finally arrived, I simply told him how good he was and that I wanted to play with him. I told him he would learn what Real Madrid's history and greatness were really about. Sometimes people laugh at comments like that, but eventually they can become reality. Many players dream of wearing the Real Madrid shirt and experiencing what it means to play for the club.”

🚨🇧🇷🗣️ ROBERTO CARLOS on what made the GALÁCTICOS dressing room different from modern football: “Marketing had become a major part of football. For example, Beckham sometimes had to travel to London early in the morning to film an advertisement. The coach had to understand that these players had commercial commitments as well as football responsibilities. Back then, a company could tell a player, ‘Tomorrow, you need to be in London at eight in the evening to film an advertisement,’ and the player would go and return to Madrid. Today, there is much more control over players' schedules. Clubs manage their commitments carefully to ensure that players complete their commercial work and still arrive at training properly prepared.”

🚨🇧🇷🗣️ ROBERTO CARLOS on why FLORENTINO PÉREZ resigned during the GALÁCTICOS era and why Real Madrid struggled to win more trophies: “We were a group of extraordinary players with enormous histories. I experienced something similar with the Brazilian national team, where managing a group with so many famous players was also difficult. We were teammates and friends, but we didn't win all the titles we wanted because the pressure was enormous. When we went to different stadiums, the pressure was intense, and sometimes we didn't know how to manage it. Sometimes we made decisions on the pitch that we shouldn't have made. We had won many titles before, but you cannot win everything. For the players, perhaps managing a dressing room full of superstars is easy. For the coach, it's much more difficult. A club like Real Madrid will always try to sign the best players. The coach has to understand how to manage them because, ultimately, the players are the ones who make the decisions on the pitch. Maintaining a good relationship with the coach is important.”

🚨🇧🇷🗣️ ROBERTO CARLOS on scoring so many goals at Inter being his “biggest problem” yet REAL MADRID signed him in just 24 HOURS! 😭 “I walked into the dressing room one day, and someone told me, ‘Do you know you're being sold?’ I said, ‘What?’ He replied, ‘Yes, Real Madrid are signing you.’ Someone from the sporting department told me that Fabio Capello was going to Real Madrid and wanted me desperately. At the end of the season, Fabio Capello came to sign me for Real Madrid. I was told that I would have to complete pre-season training in São Paulo, so we prepared there. The transfer happened very quickly. I think it was almost within 24 hours. Lorenzo Sanz was the president at the time. I have no bad memories of my time at Inter. Not at all. Inter was the club that opened the doors for me. My biggest problem there was that I scored too many goals! 😂

🚨🇧🇷🗣️ ROBERTO CARLOS on how his sister's education led him to sacrifice his childhood: “I was the second oldest and the only boy in the family. My sister was studying, so I had to do something different. I had to stop studying to help my father work and contribute to the household income. He paid me a very small amount at the time. When I was 11, I worked with my father. I used to get in his way, and even today, he tells me that I bothered him while he was working because I always wanted to be beside him. But it was a beautiful childhood. We didn't come from a financially powerful family, and we were always very humble. My father worked to take care of the house, buy the things we needed and support the family's growth. We always maintained peace and tranquillity. People sometimes ask me what my childhood was like, and I always give the same answer. Just because Roberto Carlos became a famous footballer doesn't mean my family suddenly had mansions and enormous wealth.”

🚨🇪🇸🗣️ SERGIO RAMOS after REAL MADRID'S 5–2 EL CLÁSICO DEFEAT: “You cannot win throughout your entire career. That's impossible. With all the criticism and pressure you face, the easiest thing would be to fall apart and never lift your head again. You try to escape from it, but deep down, you know how much it hurts. But when you hit rock bottom, there's only one way left to go: UP. The taste of defeat teaches you to appreciate victory and understand how difficult it is to win.”

🚨😂 AFTER WINNING THE EUROPA LEAGUE, ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIĆ TAKES DIRTY SHOTS AT PAUL POGBA & MANCHESTER UNITED! 😭💀 🎤 Reporter: Zlatan made the difference today. Just how big a difference does he make? 🗣️ Pogba: That's why the club bought him! 😂 🗣️ Zlatan: They bought you. I came for FREE! 😭💀 🎤 Reporter: Do you sense something even more special is coming? 🗣️ Zlatan: I came. That's special. 😎 😂 Pogba: Laughs [loudly] 💀😭 [📹 @SkySportsRetro ]

🚨🇵🇹🗣️ José Mourinho on the PEAK EL CLÁSICO era: “Real Madrid have a huge rivalry with Barcelona. The best Cristiano, the best Messi, Benzema, the best Higuaín, the best Iniesta, and Di María. Everything was there. Barcelona were the best team in the world. Real Madrid were trying to change that perspective. League matches, Super Cup matches, cup finals, Champions League quarter-finals everything in the same season. In that period, the world stopped for Barça vs. Real Madrid. 🌍🔥

🚨🇧🇷🗣️ DANI ALVES EXPLAINS WHY HE’S CLOSER TO CRISTIANO RONALDO THAN MESSI! “If you were to make a comparison, I, as a player, am closer to Cristiano than to Leo. I love Cristiano. You can't talk about it. People say, ‘Oh no, he's not going to win the cup, he can't talk about it.’ Yes, he can. He exemplifies for all of us that even if we don't have as much quality, through hard work, you can still compete against the best. I respect that a lot. Even when I played, I couldn't talk about it. I respect a guy who has achieved so much.”

🚨🇧🇷🗣️ Dani Alves on Cristiano Ronaldo in El Clásico: “Cristiano Ronaldo… This b*****d doesn't let you breathe for a second. I didn't do too badly, but it's difficult. He's a scoring machine.”

🚨🇭🇷 BAYERN MUNICH LEADING THE RACE FOR LUKA VUŠKOVIĆ! Confirmed by @Ekremkonur Chelsea, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Brighton and Bayern Munich are all closely monitoring the Croatian defender. 🇩🇪 Bayern are currently considered the strongest contenders, with Kim Min-jae’s long-term future uncertain. A potential move could happen next summer. 👀

🚨🇧🇷🗣️ Dani Alves on why Messi becomes invisible in the game after two minutes without touching the ball: “I used to make a particular pass that Guardiola didn’t like. Even today, I don’t like that pass either. It’s a pass that doesn’t move the game forward passing from the full-back to the winger. Sometimes, they would play that pass to me, and Guardiola would complain about it. I would tell him, ‘No, boss, I’m sorry, but if Messi goes two minutes without touching the ball, he disconnects from the entire game. He needs to stay involved because he has to be ready to decide the game for us. He needs to stay connected to the match.’ So, I would play that pass to get Messi involved in the game. Guardiola replied, ‘You’re right.’”

🚨😂 José Mourinho caught David Luiz getting a suspension and going on holiday to Portugal! 🗣️ Mourinho: “This guy got himself suspended against Southampton and went to Portugal to enjoy!” 🎙️ Interviewer: “Are you saying he deliberately got booked so he could go to Portugal?” 😂 Mourinho: “I'm making fun! They did fantastic, man. But now he can go to Portugal for three days!” 🎙️ Interviewer: “David, you didn't deliberately get booked, did you?” 😭 David Luiz: “I didn't even know I had four yellow cards. If he can give me a few days off, I'm happy with that, of course!” Mourinho suspected him. David Luiz accepted the holiday! 💀😂 [📹 @SkySportsRetro ]
