LOL. Yes, we certainly know who she is. Charlatan. Sheep’s clothing.
Absolutely hilarious. Courting him and his minions until after the referendum. Now launching him into the sun to try and save herself. After having changed the rules 3X for him. Having two options as a question. We see you Premier. We know who you are.

Completely true & disturbing. I will be voting in a gerrymandered nonsense called Lethbridge-Waterton, the two ends of which have totally different concerns--all so UCP can bust up an NDP-held urban riding. What political perverts UCP are. Donald gerrymanders so we must too.
This column caused an uproar. Can't imagine why. Odds are UCP will tilt election odds by stretching city ridings into rural Alberta. Details from still-secret report shows at least three Calgary seats are in play. calgaryherald.com/opinion/co… #ableg #abpoli #cdnpoli #yyc #yeg

That would be both democratic and right.
Major changes to electoral boundaries mean the next battle is likely in court, and I don’t think anyone wants judges imposing new ridings. The govt can avoid this by implementing the majority maps from last spring, or simply adding two rural seats to that map #ableg

“I’ll go through a metal detector every day, if you’ll sit for a lie detector just one time.”
This is easily THE most DEVASTATING clapback I have ever heard, by any candidate, from either party. trump said he wants metal detectors for El-Sayed. El-Sayed says sure, but lie detectors for YOU. First question: EPSTEIN. He is SO good at this.🔥

I like this guy. And her. Building Canada. Connecting with Europe. Breaking away from a broken undemocratic neighbour. Releasing our potential after years of an unbalanced relationship.
Mark Carney and Ursula Von Der Leyen both speaks at a business roundtable at the EU-Canada Summit in Montreal. Mark Carney reiterates that Canada his government is working toward making Canada an associate member.

I appreciate this. But a point of clarity: PLPP is not a prime minister, he is a premier. I know he likes the title, but it’s not his. Aside from that, your participation is welcomed.
#PLQ #PolQc

Some pretty wild takeaways from today's electoral boundaries committee meeting: Lethbridge would be split into FOUR ridings instead of its current two urban ones. Three would combine city neighbourhoods with surrounding rural areas. Three urban-rural hybrid ridings are proposed along Calgary's northwest and western edges. Springbank gets split up. Kathleen Ganley questioned why the panel was citing GOLF COURSES to justify its boundaries. Okotoks and Diamond Valley would be split apart, with Diamond Valley paired with Banff. The panel's dissenting members say public submissions overwhelmingly favoured keeping them together. Ganley says Calgary and Edmonton ridings would average 7,000 more residents per MLA than ridings outside those cities. That's a 14 percent difference. The NDP wanted to put its concerns about the maps on the record. UCP MLAs voted 3–2 to end the committee's review before those motions could even be considered. The NDP also wanted taxpayers to know how much the panel and its outside consultants were paid. UCP MLAs voted that down too. Ganley says the panel chair gets an extra $5,000/month on top of regular pay. The UCP says the maps should be debated in the Legislature once they're public. The NDP wanted the committee to scrutinize them now. Meanwhile, Albertans still haven't seen the maps. The report is due November 2. #ableg #abpoli

#HockeyGate is rising.
BREAKING!!! At Nenshi's presser on the UCP's Gerrymandering, it came out that the Ethics Commissioner has had to suspend his investigation into ministers accepting elite hockey tickets... Because it overlaps with a CRIMINAL investigation!

Thank you, Jeromy. Transparency above all.
The Bearspaw water review authorized by the previous Council cost $2.3M, exceeding its original $1M to $2M estimate. Our Council backed Councillor Wyness's motion to release the costs publicly. Calgarians deserve transparency, even when the numbers are uncomfortable.

The premier of Quebec was elected to represent **all** Quebecers, not just the small minority who voted for him.
#cdnpoli #polqc

In 39 months she got rid of Toronto’s debt (created by Conservatives Rob Ford and John Tory), she’s expanded transit and continues to build it, she’s helping with the unhoused (Dunn House), addicts (Ford dumped on the streets) she’s feeding children, crime rates are down by 18.8%

I completely agree with your approach of pausing and assessing before acting. If the issues and questions can be resolved, great. If not, then we need to move on. Thanks again @JeromyYYC.
I am working with Councillor Wyness and colleagues to restrict and regulate large AI data centre applications, including a moratorium until clear rules can be established. We welcome investment -- but we must protect our water supply and electricity grid, and ensure developers pay their own way.

We can fix Calgary's failing infrastructure today -- or pay a much bigger bill tomorrow. We need to make tough choices and get back to basics. Join me tonight from 6 to 8pm at budget town halls with Councillors @John4ward6 and @Ward9Harrison!

So... The Alberta Prosperity Project has allegedly lost control of their digital assets and branding and it is in the hands of Mitch Sylvestre and Jeff Rath... But wait! There's more! /1 #abpoli #ableg #cdnpoli

Hilarious and predictable. Boss Hogg Rath and Mitch “the King is going to shoot me” Sylvester both secretly fired by their own separatist group.😆 As I’ve said before, there’s a reason Alberta has cycled through a dozen failed separatist parties since 1980: zealots can never agree with each other, and they can’t organize their way out of a wet paper bag.
The Alberta Prosperity Project says it fired Jeff Rath and Mitch Sylvestre, removed both from its board, then deliberately kept the whole thing quiet until after the referendum because it didn’t want to distract from the vote. Most failed states wait until after independence to start falling apart. #abpoli #cdnpoli
