PEOPLE FIRST WILL EXPAND AUSTRALIAS RESERVATION POLICY FROM GAS TO IRON ORE AND COAL.
The way in which mining rights are granted in Australia needs to change. If entities are given mining rights then there must be an obligation to then manufacture a part of those minerals in Australia.
This is nothing new, Australia’s greatest bureaucrat was Sir Leo Hielscher. He refused to give Comalco an export licence for bauxite forcing them to build smelters in Gladstone to refine the bauxite into Alumina and Aluminium.
He also made BHP build Queenslands railway lines for coal trains if they wanted to export our coal.
Yet today, Australia is being sold out by mining billionaires who are squandering Australia’s wealth on their pet projects.
Twiggy Forrest is blowing his billions (and taxpayers) on renewables. Gina Rinehart is lobbying to give foreigners free land and tax breaks.
And now we have the grotesque situation where the Wright descendants are selling off undeveloped mining rights to foreigners for billions and then donating those proceeds to activists trying to destroy industry in Australia.
The hypocrisy is next level. Worse Australians are being denied the proceeds of that wealth in favour of foreigners.
People First will change the laws around mining rights so that companies must value add to minerals so that all Australians can share our wealth.
Not just a handful of billionaires.

“Greenpeace will be among the biggest winners from a $120m donation to environmental causes from one of Western Australia's wealthiest mining families.
Alexandra Burt - granddaughter of Peter Wright, will announce what is believed to be one of Australia's largest ever single acts of environmental philanthropy.
$25m will go to Greenpeace, just weeks after two activists scaled Woodside Energy's Scarborough gas platform off the WA coast.
The donations come after Ms Burt sold a 25 per cent interest in the undeveloped Rhodes Ridge iron ore deposit to Japan's Mitsui for $US3.34bn.”

People of my generation should be very careful when they're crowing about sending young men to war against Russia, Iran or whoever else.
Our lifetimes have been almost entirely peaceful - we have not had to watch an entire generation of young men marched off to fight and die in a foreign land.
We have been blessed with peace.
Yet some of the loudest voices demanding conscription or the dropping of bombs are men who will never be asked to fight. They have profited from that peace, lived comfortable lives from that peace.
It's very easy to be brave with somebody else's blood on the line.
There are circumstances in which our nation must fight, but our aim must be to give young men a reason to believe in that fight, to give them a Britain worth defending.
Because millions of young white men are looking at a system that hates them, that has made them strangers in their own towns, that has decimated their industry?
Why on earth would they bleed for that?
I agree.
Our establishment has spent years alienating young white men and now they suddenly remember their value when they need those lads to fight their wars.
Restore Britain's duty is to give these young men a country worth fighting for, certainly NOT another endless foreign war to die in.

Restore Britain will not allow foreign lobby groups to operate within our party - promoting their own interests, shaping policy or dictating priorities.
We will not allow it.
We will put one group of people first, each and every time.
The British people.
Our name is Restore Britain.
We exist to represent Britain and the British people.
Nothing else.

This sort of influence can’t be allowed to happen in Australian politics. Australia must reject foreign influence at all costs least we end up in more costly wars.
Gina Rineharts comments about giving free land to Israel or any other country for that matter need to be called out.
Unlike One Nation, People First won’t bend the knee to foreign lobby groups and we won’t take money from people that support giving our land and tax breaks to foreigners.

AIPAC congratulates the hundreds of pro-Israel Democrats and Republicans who won their elections last night. More than 234 candidates supported by AIPAC members have already won, with many additional races still too close to call. We congratulate Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer and House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries on the resounding victories for their caucuses.
AIPAC members are determined to expand their political activism in the cycles ahead. Our community will increase its support for Democrats and Republicans who recognize that a strong partnership with Israel helps keep both countries secure, advances peace and stability, promotes democratic values, and grows our economy through trade and innovation.

So does Patriotism you flog. You’re a sell out Leyonhjelm. The Israel Lobby group needs to be smashed and the fact you’re upset by that says everything we need to know about you

Aligning with a lobby whose first concern is the regional ambitions of a distant foreign nation killed MAGA.
Similar forces have taken root in Reform UK. If they were in power, Britain would be at war with Iran at a time when we can barely afford to keep the lights on.
Restore will never sell out our country. Britain first, always.

Happy to debate the Australian Jewish Association or anyone else simping for PHON as to why Pauline Hanson is a sell out and Israel influence in Australian politics needs to be called out.
I had the Israeli Ambassador call my office multiple times insisting I meet with him and I refused.
