🚨 NORTHLAKE MOTHER ACCUSED OF ATTACKING HUSBAND & TWO YOUNG CHILDREN A disturbing case out of Northlake, Texas, has left a family hospitalized and a mother facing attempted capital murder charges. According to police, 37-year-old Holly Leeann Flores allegedly attacked her husband and their two young children inside their home early Tuesday morning. The husband called 911 around 4:20 a.m., reporting that his wife had attacked him. Officers arrived and found him with an injury to his head. During a search of the home, they discovered the couple’s 3-year-old daughter and 10-month-old son had also been injured. All three victims were taken to the hospital. Thankfully, authorities say they are expected to survive. Flores was treated for an injury before being taken into custody and booked into the Denton County Jail. She faces two counts of attempted capital murder of a person under 10 and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. (NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth) Police say they had previously responded to the residence several times since March for welfare-related calls. Newly released documents also contain claims from Flores’ husband about changes in her behavior and postpartum depression. Those are allegations contained in the investigation and do not, by themselves, establish a diagnosis or motive. (FOX 4 News Dallas-Fort Worth) The investigation remains ongoing. Gypsy reportedly contacted TMZ and gave an exclusive to PEOPLE almost immediately after Ken’s death—while Ken’s family says they received no direct contact from her. His mom reportedly learned her son had died through TMZ. She says Gypsy didn’t contact the family until last night—more than 48 hours later, after his mother traveled to Los Angeles. That timeline raises serious questions.

🚨 BREAKING: AMBER GUYGER GRANTED PAROLE 🚨 Seven years after being convicted of murdering Botham Jean, former Dallas police officer Amber Guyger has been granted parole. Guyger was sentenced to 10 years in prison after being convicted of murder for fatally shooting 26-year-old Jean inside his own apartment in 2018. Guyger testified that she mistakenly entered Jean’s apartment believing it was hers. Now, after serving approximately seven years of her sentence, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles has approved her release. ⚠️ BUT HERE’S THE PART THAT’S ALREADY SPARKING REACTION: Botham Jean’s family strongly opposed parole and had asked that Guyger serve the full sentence. Their attorney said the family was “deeply disappointed” by the decision. (CBS News) The parole board cited Guyger’s institutional record, her lack of a documented pattern of violent or assaultive arrests or convictions, and her completion of rehabilitation programs as factors in its decision. (CBS News) Guyger’s exact release date has NOT yet been announced. Seven years in prison. A 10-year sentence. And now parole. This decision is certain to reignite the conversation surrounding the case and the sentence Guyger received. What do YOU think about the parole decision? 👇 #AmberGuyger #BothamJean #TrueCrime #TrueCrimeNews #CrimeNews #Dallas #Justice

🚨 CHRISTa PIKE SURVIVES ATTEMPTED EXECUTION What was supposed to be Tennessee’s first execution of a woman in more than 200 years ended in an extraordinary turn of events Wednesday night. Christa Pike, 50, survived the state’s attempt to carry out her death sentence after officials administered two doses of the lethal-injection drug. Witnesses reported that Pike remained alive afterward, and she was ultimately transported from Riverbend Maximum Security Institution to an outside medical facility. Pike was scheduled to be executed for the 1995 murder of 19-year-old Colleen Slemmer, whom Pike was convicted of killing when she was 18. Earlier Wednesday, the execution itself had already been thrown into uncertainty when a federal appeals court issued a temporary stay. The U.S. Supreme Court later overturned that stay, allowing Tennessee to proceed. Then came the unexpected development. The execution did not result in Pike’s death. According to the Associated Press, witnesses heard Pike snoring after the second dose was administered. Her attorneys subsequently filed emergency motions challenging what had happened during the attempted execution. Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee has now ordered a comprehensive third-party review of the execution attempt, and he announced that the state’s remaining scheduled execution for this year will not take place. So what happens next? That remains an enormous legal question. Pike is still under a death sentence, but Wednesday’s failed execution creates a completely different legal situation surrounding what happens from here. And there is another important part of this story that shouldn’t get lost: Colleen Slemmer was 19 years old when she was killed. Her family has spent more than three decades waiting for the sentence against Pike to be carried out. This case is now entering territory that very few people have ever seen before. Christa Pike was supposed to be executed yesterday. She survived. What happens next could become another major chapter in one of Tennessee’s most unusual death-penalty cases. #ChristaPike #ColleenSlemmer #TrueCrime #DeathPenalty #Tennessee #CrimeNews #BreakingNews #TrueCrimeCommunity

According to the civil lawsuit filed by the alleged victim, Johnathan Newell was the person who allegedly sent a Snapchat message to the “Chi Phi Actives” group referring to the woman as “free p***y” upstairs. The lawsuit alleges that other fraternity members then entered the room. That message is now part of the evidence surrounding a case that prosecutors have reopened and are preparing to present to a grand jury. These remain allegations in a civil lawsuit, and the defendants have denied the accusations. (The Cornell Daily Sun) And there is another question that deserves attention: What happens to someone’s future professional career when they are facing allegations this serious? Newell has reportedly pursued a path toward becoming a physician. Whether he is ultimately permitted to enter the medical profession is a decision for medical schools and the relevant licensing authorities, based on the facts and applicable standards. But this story should not simply disappear from the public conversation. The allegations are extraordinarily serious. The Snapchat messages are part of the record. And with the criminal investigation now reopened, the public deserves to know what happens next. Keep watching. Keep asking questions. And most importantly, don’t let accountability become yesterday’s headline. #Cornell #Cornell7 #ChiPhi #TrueCrime #Accountability #Justice #CampusSafety #SexualAssault #News

TWO DAYS UNTIL CHRISTA PIKE’S SCHEDULED EXECUTION On September 30, Tennessee is scheduled to carry out the execution of Christa Pike, who was sentenced to death for the 1995 murder of 19-year-old Colleen Slemmer. Pike was 18 when she and two other young people lured Slemmer, a fellow Knoxville Job Corps student, to an isolated area. Prosecutors said Slemmer was attacked and killed during the confrontation. Pike was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to death in 1996. (Death Penalty Information Center) Nearly 32 years later, Colleen Slemmer’s name should be at the center of this story. She was only 19. She had a family who loved her. She had a future ahead of her. And on September 30, the state of Tennessee is scheduled to bring the long-running legal case surrounding her murder to its conclusion. Christa will be the first female to be executed in the state of Tennessee in 200 years. Whatever your views are on the death penalty, one thing should never be forgotten: COLLEEN SLEMMER IS THE VICTIM. Her life mattered. Her story matters. And her family has spent decades living with the loss. Two days from now, all eyes will be on Tennessee. But before the headlines, legal filings and execution coverage take over, remember the young woman at the heart of this case. Remember Colleen. 🕊️ #ChristaPike #ColleenSlemmer #TrueCrime #TrueCrimeCommunity #Tennessee #DeathRow #JusticeForColleen #CrimeNews

TWO OLE MISS STUDENTS FOUND DEAD HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED The University of Mississippi community is mourning after two students died Monday in separate incidents — and authorities are still working to determine exactly what happened. The students have been identified as 20-year-old Robert Strang, a junior from Atlanta, Georgia, and 18-year-old Aidan Hamilton, a freshman from Englewood, Colorado. Hamilton was found unresponsive at Stewart Hall on campus and later died despite resuscitation efforts. Strang was found dead at an off-campus residence in Oxford. At this point, investigators have not found evidence establishing that the two deaths are connected. Their causes of death also have not been officially determined, with toxicology results still pending. But one detail has raised questions: Authorities say commercially packaged kratom purchased from a retail store was found during both investigations. Officials have emphasized that this discovery does NOT establish that kratom caused either death, and investigators are still determining whether other substances may have been involved. Strang’s family released a heartbreaking statement, saying they are “heartbroken by the loss of our dear son” and asking for privacy as they grieve. The university has also urged students and the public not to repeat unconfirmed information or speculate about what happened while the investigations continue. Robert was reportedly involved in Greek life at Ole Miss and had been selected as a 2026 rush chairman for Phi Delta Theta. For now, there are still more questions than answers. Two young lives were lost. Two families are grieving. And investigators are still searching for answers. 📸 Robert Strang (L) & Aidan Hamilton (R) #OleMiss #UniversityOfMississippi #Mississippi #OxfordMS #BreakingNews #CollegeNews #TrueCrime #News #Investigation

Some of the things Caleb Flynn told investigators during his interrogation are absolutely WILD. According to the account he gave investigators, on February 14, Ashley was supposedly home with the girls celebrating Galentine’s Day when a “strange man” appeared in the driveway. Caleb claimed the man didn’t come to the door. Instead, he allegedly stood outside before Ashley went out to see what was going on. Then comes the part that really raises questions… Caleb said the man supposedly launched into some kind of sales pitch, but Ashley noticed he wasn’t wearing a business shirt or anything that identified him with a company. Caleb said Ashley considered that a red flag and told the man to leave. And according to Caleb’s story, the man allegedly responded that he would “be back later.” 🤔 A random stranger… a suspicious sales pitch… a warning that he’d return… and then everything that followed. Was this actually what happened? Or was Caleb creating a story to explain what investigators would eventually discover? #CalebFlynn #AshleyFlynn #TrueCrime #TrueCrimeCommunity #Interrogation #PoliceInterrogation #CrimeNews #TrueCrimeTok #Justice

🚨 “I CHOOSE YOU. I AM FREE. ACTIONS WILL COME TOMORROW.” Those are the alleged words prosecutors say Caleb Flynn sent to his mistress just before his wife Ashley was killed. And now those messages are at the center of a murder trial that is already raising serious questions. 🔥 THE CALEB FLYNN TRIAL IS UNDERWAY — AND PROSECUTORS JUST LAID OUT A BOMBSHELL THEORY. Flynn, a former worship pastor and American Idol contestant, is accused of killing his wife of 15 years, Ashley Flynn, inside their Tipp City, Ohio, home on February 16, 2026. He has pleaded NOT GUILTY. Ashley was a teacher, middle-school volleyball coach and mother of two daughters. So what does the prosecution say happened? 💥 THE STATE’S CASE Prosecutor Paul Watkins opened with a message prosecutors say Flynn sent to his mistress describing his hatred toward Ashley and allegedly talking about finding a way to kill her without going to prison. Then came another alleged message: “I choose you. I am free. Actions will come tomorrow.” Prosecutors say those words take on a very different meaning when viewed alongside what happened next. The state alleges Ashley was shot twice in the head while lying in bed. Flynn’s explanation, according to prosecutors, is that an intruder broke into the garage, took a 9mm handgun from his truck, entered the house and killed Ashley before escaping. But prosecutors say the evidence tells a different story. Their argument to jurors was blunt: “PEOPLE LIE. EVIDENCE DOESN’T.” The state says Flynn’s electronic devices—including his Apple Watch, AirPods and Face ID activity—could contradict his account that he was asleep. And prosecutors say the garage damage may be another major piece of the puzzle. An expert is expected to testify that the damage was caused by tools rather than someone simply kicking the door in—and that the damage occurred while the door was unlocked. 😳 BUT THE DEFENSE IS PUSHING BACK. Defense attorney Emily Smith acknowledged that Flynn’s alleged affair and his messages were ugly. But she told jurors something important: Being a terrible husband doesn’t automatically make someone a murderer. The defense argues prosecutors are using the affair and angry messages to manufacture a motive. And Smith says the state’s case has significant holes—including no eyewitness, no surveillance footage and no recovered murder weapon. ⚖️ NOW THE JURY HAS TO HEAR THE EVIDENCE. Was Ashley’s death the result of a carefully staged crime scene, as prosecutors allege? Or is there another explanation that investigators failed to uncover, as the defense contends? Those questions will have to be answered in court. And remember: opening statements are allegations and previews—not evidence. Caleb Flynn is presumed innocent unless prosecutors prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. 👇 THE TESTIMONY IS JUST GETTING STARTED. What evidence do YOU think could become the turning point in this trial? #CalebFlynn #AshleyFlynn #CalebFlynnTrial #TrueCrime #TrueCrimeNews #MurderTrial #OhioTrueCrime #CourtroomDrama #CrimeNews #TrialCoverage

🚨🚨 ELIZABETH SIDERS ENTERS COURT — 23 NOT-GUILTY PLEAS, $550,000 IN BOND, A COMPETENCY EVALUATION… AND NOW PEOPLE ARE ASKING ONE VERY SPECIFIC QUESTION. 👀 Elizabeth Siders walked into a Vinton County, Ohio courtroom on September 16 facing 23 criminal charges. She walked out having officially pleaded NOT GUILTY to every single one. And that’s only the beginning. Siders is facing: ⚠️ 19 counts of child endangering ⚠️ 2 counts of sexual battery ⚠️ 2 counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor The financial hurdle to getting out of jail is enormous. A judge imposed another $250,000 bond in the sexual-abuse case, on top of the existing $300,000 bond in the child-endangerment case. 💰 TOTAL COMBINED BOND: $550,000 Her attorney, Thomas Stolly, argued that Elizabeth has virtually no ability to come up with that amount. And the allegations in the second case involve a minor who is not one of Elizabeth and Gary Siders Jr.’s children. According to the indictment, prosecutors allege the minor was a relative between the ages of 13 and 16 at the time of the alleged conduct and that Elizabeth and Gary were acting in a parental or guardian-type role. Gary Siders Jr. is also charged in that case. Elizabeth has also been ordered to have NO CONTACT with Gary, the alleged victim, and other protected individuals. But there is another major piece of this case that could become extremely important: ⚖️ THE COMPETENCY QUESTION. Elizabeth’s defense has raised concerns about whether she understands the proceedings and can adequately participate in her own defense. A competency evaluation has been conducted, but the results have not yet been filed with the court. And then came today’s court appearance… 👀 THE PHOTOS. Elizabeth was repeatedly seen holding her stomach. And almost immediately, the internet started asking the question that had already circulated after a previous appearance: IS ELIZABETH SIDERS PREGNANT? But here’s where we need to be extremely careful. There is NO CONFIRMED PREGNANCY. Her appearance does not prove pregnancy. Holding her stomach does not prove pregnancy. And speculation online is NOT confirmation. However, a reporter apparently asked Elizabeth’s attorney directly about whether she is pregnant. His response? “I can’t address that at this time.” 👀 And THAT answer is now adding even more fuel to the conversation. Remember, earlier jail paperwork reportedly indicated Elizabeth was not pregnant when booked. So naturally, people are looking at these latest images and asking questions. But until Elizabeth, her attorney, the jail, or another reliable official source confirms otherwise, pregnancy remains speculation — nothing more. 🔥 23 criminal charges. 🔥 $550,000 combined bond. 🔥 A pending competency evaluation. 🔥 Strict no-contact orders. 🔥 And now a new wave of speculation surrounding today’s courtroom appearance. This case continues to raise serious questions — and there is clearly much more still to come. 👇 WHAT DO YOU THINK? Are people seeing something meaningful in these new photos, or is social media jumping to conclusions? DROP YOUR THOUGHTS BELOW. 👀 #ElizabethSiders #SidersFamily #VintonCounty #Ohio #TrueCrime #CrimeNews #CourtUpdate #TrueCrimeNews #BreakingNews

TWO FIFTH-GRADE TEACHERS. THE SAME ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. BOTH INVOLVED IN SEX CRIME CASES INVOLVING MINORS. And prosecutors say they were TEXTING EACH OTHER about their relationships with students. Let that sink in. Parents trusted these teachers with their children every single school day. But investigators eventually uncovered something that would raise serious questions about what was happening behind the scenes at River Crest Elementary School in Hudson, Wisconsin. 👇 HERE’S WHAT WE KNOW: MADISON BERGMANN, 26, previously pleaded guilty to child enticement and sexual misconduct involving an 11-year-old student from her classroom. She was sentenced to SIX YEARS IN PRISON. Then investigators uncovered allegations involving another teacher at the same school: ABIGAIL FAUST, 25. Faust pleaded guilty September 14 to child enticement involving sexual contact and second-degree sexual assault of a child. According to prosecutors, her case involved TWO 15-YEAR-OLD BOYS. One of those teenagers was reportedly the son of a family that had hired Faust as a nanny. Think about that for a second. A teacher trusted to work with children was also allegedly given access to a family’s home and child outside of school. And prosecutors say that trust was violated. But then investigators uncovered another detail that makes this case especially shocking: 📱 Bergmann and Faust allegedly TEXTED EACH OTHER about their relationships with students. Two colleagues. Two separate criminal cases. ONE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. And according to prosecutors, they were communicating with each other about what was happening. That leaves some very serious questions. ❓ What did other staff members know? ❓ Were there warning signs? ❓ Could anything have been done sooner? ❓ And how did two teachers at the same elementary school end up facing criminal cases involving minors? Faust’s sentencing is scheduled for December 15. Bergmann is already serving her six-year sentence. These cases aren’t just about what happened to the victims. They’re also about TRUST. Parents have to trust schools with their children every day. So when something this serious happens inside one school, people are going to have questions. If you were a parent at this school, what would YOU want answered? 👇 READERS: What question would you ask the school district FIRST? #TrueCrime #TrueCrimeNews #BreakingNews #Wisconsin #HudsonWisconsin #CrimeNews #ChildSafety #SchoolSafety #Teachers #Justyn

Michael P. Desronvil—the ONE juror who refused to go along with the other 11—is finally telling his side of what happened behind those closed jury-room doors. And his account is dramatically different from what some other jurors have said publicly. Desronvil says he NEVER had doubts about his position. He claims he repeatedly tried to discuss different theories during deliberations, only to be interrupted—and says those attempts were apparently interpreted as him being uncertain about the evidence. But according to Desronvil, his conclusion was firm. He says the physical evidence, testimony from key witnesses, and the prosecution’s case convinced him that Lindsay Clancy knew what she was doing and that the deaths were planned. Then comes the bombshell. According to an interview with YouTuber Ray Marcel, Desronvil claims EIGHT jurors voted to acquit Clancy on the very first day of deliberations. He went even further, describing those eight as “activist jurors.” ⚠️ THAT IS DESRONVIL’S ACCOUNT OF WHAT HAPPENED IN THE JURY ROOM—not an independently established finding. And now Desronvil is suggesting that the backlash against him wasn’t simply about his jury vote. He has publicly identified himself as a Black Republican and says he believes his political views contributed to the intense criticism he received. Meanwhile, his attorney, Edward Paltzik, has publicly defended him in extremely strong terms, calling him an “American Hero and Champion of Justice.” Desronvil has reportedly left his home and is staying at an undisclosed location in Northern New England as the controversy surrounding the case continues. 💥 ONE JUROR. ELEVEN ON THE OTHER SIDE. A MISTRIAL. CONFLICTING ACCOUNTS. AND NOW THE HOLDOUT IS FINALLY TALKING. What REALLY happened inside that jury room? And was Desronvil unfairly targeted after refusing to change his vote? 👇 I WANT TO HEAR YOUR TAKE. #LindsayClancy #LindsayClancyTrial #HoldoutJuror #TrueCrime #TrueCrimeNews #Jury #Mistrial #BreakingNews #Justice #TrueCrimeCommunity
