The Bible teaches that God is the Author of life, and that human life is formed in the womb by His sovereign design. “For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb.” — Psalm 139:13 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.” — Jeremiah 1:5 “[God] himself gives to all mankind life and breath and everything.” — Acts 17:25 Every unborn child is therefore a human being created in the image of God, not disposable tissue or meaningless matter. Human beings have been given the enormous privilege of bringing new life into the world. When a baby is wanted, everyone recognizes that child as precious and worthy of protection. But when a baby is unwanted, our culture suddenly pretends that same child is merely a “choice” to be discarded. How dare James Talarico abuse Scripture to claim that Jesus Christ — whom Scripture describes as the giver and sustainer of life — somehow approves of the destruction of unborn children. “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil.” — Isaiah 5:20 What if Mary had viewed the child in her womb as an inconvenience to be eliminated? Scripture never presents abortion as a moral option. Instead, Mary recognized that the child she carried was a gift and purpose from God. And while Christ’s conception was unique, ALL children are gifts from the Lord: “Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward.” — Psalm 127:3 No one has the moral right to destroy a life that God creates and for whom He has purposes beyond what we can see. Yes, some children are conceived through horrific evil such as rape. But the evil of rape is not undone by committing a second evil against an innocent child. The child did not commit the crime. And despite the emotionally driven arguments often used in these debates, the overwhelming majority of abortions are not performed because of rape, but because the child is considered inconvenient to someone’s plans, finances, or desires. Christians are called to protect the weak, defend the innocent, and speak truth — not twist Scripture to justify the destruction of unborn children.

But it's not only Trump, but America and patriots worldwide, who will use Charlie Kirk's tragic death as JUSTIFICATION and MOTIVATION to restore justice and safety- to lock up vicious criminals, especially the cowardly murderer who assassinated a good man today. We will deport every illegal and in loud, righteous solidarity, oppose every one of the Left's wicked, deadly lies until the glorious truth and power of Christ vanquishes every vestige of evil from the universe. Young and old alike will rise up to avenge the blood of Charlie Kirk, not by violence but by the power of truth and Christian love. Jesus Christ will triumph over all the evil acts of the enemy, for He long ago won a decisive victory over evil for all who call Him Lord. What evildoers meant for evil, God turns to good for those who love Him. That's guaranteed. Pray then for comfort and strength for Charlie Kirk's precious wife and kids; likewise for all his close family and friends, and for all those millions who were touched and lifted up by this man's bold life work as a caring Christian man and brilliant truth teller. God bless America, and may the Lord restore us as a shining light, a nation under God, as was Charlie Kirk's dream. Amen.

In spite of the fact that Charlie Kirk reported constant death threats against him, he bravely and boldly continued to carry his message everywhere. He had an urgent mission to reach the next generation, the young people, with the vision of a conservative, faith-based nation, one that would bring great freedom and prosperity to all. He himself was only 31 years old. But he had no delusions about the risks of his mission. He understood intimately how dangerous it was to openly speak truth to a society in which many reject rationality in favor of Marxist revolution. A segment of society that prides itself on tolerance and free speech -- so long as what you say aligns with their chosen narratives. The irony is that it now appears his killer was of college age, exactly the kind of person Charlie Kirk reached out to, always respectfully articulating ideas and truths while pointing to facts. Sadly, our political discourse has become increasingly polarized, with some rejecting civil discussion of ideas. Extremist ideologies, wherever they come from, leave no space for the kind of respectful dialogue Charlie championed. As a white, male Christian conservative, Charlie encountered fierce opposition from some quarters. So Charlie Kirk had at least 'three strikes' against him- white, male, Christian- and so he had to be taken 'out.' The fact that he was such an articulate and effective communicator, with his quick command of facts and winsome debating style, irked the haters to no end. These skills, so admirable to his fans, made him a primary target of their wrath. But friends, remember this, Jesus was 'hated without a cause.' He told His followers to expect persecution and opposition. He said, "A servant is not greater than his master.' If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you." (John 15: 20) Charlie Kirk was above all a follower of Jesus and not ashamed to put his faith at the forefront of everything he did. So he has become a martyr for our generation. But let us not despair that his wonderful voice has been snuffed out, but recall Jesus' words, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit." (John 12:24) Charlie Kirk is a grain of wheat who has died, but for believers in Christ, death is the path to life, the road to bearing fruit. His death will amplify his voice and his work, as many others rise up to take up his mantle. May we be among them. God bless you all.

Wow. In light of Charlies Kirk's assassination today, this video is remarkably prescient. In it we see the great Charlie Kirk in action, taking on all comers. Here came along a pitiful, immature 70 year old looking for 15 minutes of fame, but too scared to engage in an exchange of ideas with Kirk. How remarkable that Charlie Kirk says here, in response to the silly man challenging him to a fistfight, "A mark of civilization is that we don't have to go to blows or BULLETS; we can have discourse or debate." Kirk's biblically informed wisdom and grace confounded his feebleminded critics. The best they could muster was to come at him with threats of violence. And today they finally made good on those death threats and murdered a great man. However, they did not silence the truth he represented, which will be carried forward by the men and women he inspired. Rest in peace, Charlie Kirk. You will not be forgotten and your legacy will live on long after you. The Lord be with your family.
