Patrick Clancy’s uncorroborated claim that the children were alive at 5:15 p.m. is the single thread that set the timeline used to charge Lindsay in under 24 hours. He spent the entire day in that house. He had every reason to give a self-serving account. Yet the DA and the police blindly accepted his word without a shred of independent verification, using it to arrest a woman clinging to life and then chain her to a hospital bed. Nothing confirmed his story then. Nothing has confirmed it since. For over three and a half years, the media blindly paraded his timeline as absolute fact without ever asking the most basic investigative question: What proof actually existed for the one statement that cleared him? The state built an entire criminal case on a single, unverified word. The headlines ran it. The public swallowed it. Mob mentality took over X, with people demanding executions and telling men to abandon mothers who showed Lindsay an ounce of empathy. It was pure mass psychosis - all because people lacked the basic critical thinking to stop and ask: Where is the proof?

How would you feel if you had been locked up, without bail, for nearly 4 years based upon what your spouse said?

To those who believe Lindsay Clancy is guilty - when you take away her attorney’s strategy and the false claim that she confessed, what is your opinion based on? 🤷‍♀️ All that remains is uncorroborated, self serving statements from her husband. Supporting that process is advocating against your own constitutional rights.

A question for those who believe Lindsay Clancy is guilty. When you take away the false claim that she confessed, what actual evidence supports your opinion?

Two weeks ago I dropped this first $10,000 challenge on the TOD for the Clancy children and it remains completely untouched. Since my money is so incredibly safe from the pitchfork brigade, I just dropped a new $10,000 challenge an hour ago to see if anyone can prove they were alive at 5:15. That’s $20,000 total on the table. My bank account has never felt more secure. 🏦
THE CLANCY CASE: THE $10,000 CHALLENGE $10,000 to the first person who can show me where, during the trial, the prosecution proved TOD for both Cora and Dawson. This is not the later pronouncement at the hospital. Send the trial day and the transcript page(s). If it is the page(s) where they proved TOD for both inside the house, I pay. If it is not, I don’t.

I wrote this over a month ago, but it still applies. Will we ever find out who murdered Cora, Dawson, and Callan Clancy?
Please take a minute to read this. It may change your perspective on the Lindsay Clancy trial. Imagine being one of two adults present in the home when a tragic scene unfolds. You are severely injured with defensive wounds, and physically unable to speak. Your blood work indicates the presence of multiple psychiatric drugs, including one at such a high level it alone could induce a coma-like state. Your spouse had run two errands, he returns, calls 911, and becomes the sole narrator from that point forward. The medical times of death for your two oldest children are not immediately verified, but the paramedics’ findings indicate it is more likely than not that they passed away before his 37 minutes of errands. In addition, your baby is barely hanging on when the paramedics arrive, with medical evidence showing the infant's strangulation most likely occurred 10 to 15 minutes before their arrival. Yet just 21 hours after this tragedy, while you are lying in a coma, fighting for your life, the state officially charges you with the murder of your three children. Two police officers stand guard outside your hospital room 24/7. No family is allowed to see you for the next two weeks. By the time you finally see them, you have already been locked onto a legal path for a triple homicide and an insanity defense for events you have zero memory of as you awaken. The state listened entirely to your spouse, completely ignoring standard protocols to investigate both parents and wait for independent forensic verification. From night one until three and a half years later, there was no forensic evidence pointing to you any more than him. Yet he became the narrator and you became the criminal based on a spoken story, not objective science. When you strip away his spoken narrative to fill the gaps, the raw forensic science alone leaves massive, unanswered questions about exactly what took place behind those closed doors. We do not know what happened. But this is the broken process people are blindly defending. If you defend this, then you should have no issue waking up exactly where Lindsay woke up. I don't think you would feel the same way if it were you and that alone should tell you that you are not on the right side of this argument. Blindly repeating media headlines while ignoring these critical forensic gaps isn't just lazy; it is dangerous. True intellectual honesty requires recognizing that a legal system cannot run an unbiased investigation when it lets one side dictate the entire story while the other doesn't even get a voice.

The Anatomy of a Five-Day Tenure The downfall of Katie Zacharia was a masterclass in what happens when deception takes the wheel. It started with a fundamental lie - claiming to be a lawyer when she had never passed the bar. Instead of correcting the record, she manufactured new lies, and used minimization and deceit to avoid the truth. Nobody doubts her deep loyalty to President Trump. But in the end, protecting her manufactured identity took priority above all else. She was given multiple opportunities to choose the truth. While she might have recovered from the original error, her continuous pattern of evasion and total refusal to take accountability made a comeback impossible. Integrity matters, and once you completely destroy it, there's no coming back.

@MattWalshBlog and @NancyMace have posted about Lindsay incessantly so surely this would be an easy $10,000 for either of them.

If you discovered your partner outside in the freezing cold with completely soaked clothing and hair, wouldn't you share that detail at some point during your 911 call? 🤷‍♀️

She created the situation. She lied. She continued to lie. She deflected, minimized, and deceived. This is a lack of integrity. Why the reluctance to call it what it is?

We consistently see that commitment to the tribe overrides commitment to the truth. So, if human beings are wired to be part of a tribe, why isn’t there a tribe that’s based on the truth?

Why not call it for what it is? She lied. She lied to cover up the original lie. She lied about why she lied to cover up the original lie. Team jersey should never trump the truth. Yet, here we are and it’s not good for any of us.
