Under this legal analysis, what possible redress exists for actually eligible voters facing disenfranchisement by illegal votes when respective states patently refuse to confirm eligibility pursuant to 18 U.S. Code § 611 - Voting by aliens? If the state refuses to confirm eligibility, and the the federal government is somehow prevented under the claim that this is the sole province of the states, what recourse is available to to the affected citizens?

The timing of the protests occurring throughout Europe seems more about priming young people in the U.S. to engage in violent and destructive protests (by example) than truly driven by student complaints about their schools.

This is precisely why we must prevent the states from calling a constitutional convention. The first item on the globalists' agenda is the abrogation of the 2nd Amendment. Without the 2nd Amendment, all other enumerated natural rights will quickly be eliminated. If anyone fails to comprehend the degree to which states have been infiltrated and passing legislation at the behest of the one-world government fascists, I encourage you to research the respective states' procedural requirements for a 3rd party presidential candidate to successfully appear on the ballot. It has been legislated by the states in a manner that makes it almost impossible. Never, ever, support a candidate who advocates for a state constitutional convention. The interests of ordinary citizens will NOT be a relevant concern.

Congratulations to the self-appointed guardians of democracy on their latest alleged masterstroke: win an election, provoke the president into a constitutional confrontation, then declare his government illegitimate for responding. Absolutely fucking brilliant. Somebody give these people a Nobel Prize in manufactured emergencies. The alleged roadmap that @DataRepublican has found begins with Democrats sweeping the 2026 midterms. DSA activists then become the "foot soldiers" in sustained confrontations with Trump's administration, pushing toward a "doomsday scenario" involving the Insurrection Act, potentially in 2027. And here's where the No Kings crowd deserves a standing ovation for sheer, breathtaking hypocrisy. The president exercises constitutional authority during the confrontation they've allegedly been working to provoke. Suddenly, Washington loses legitimacy, Democratic governors become alternative political authorities, and the 2028 election becomes a referendum on whether America's existing governing structure should survive. What an extraordinary fucking coincidence. The movement screaming about kings is accused of preparing to exploit presidential power to advance a political transformation that includes proposals to abolish the Senate. Apparently, democracy is sacred right up until its institutions become inconvenient. The allegations also identify United Democracy Alliance as a coordinating force behind No Kings, Indivisible, and 50501. Roughly 7,000 documents, thousands of transcripts, and hundreds of recordings reportedly support the investigation. Those records still need to establish whether this astonishingly cynical operation was actually planned. Because if they do, the implications are absolutely damning. Imagine the arrogance required to deliberately provoke a constitutional crisis, exploit the government's response, and then present yourself as the heroic defender of the very republic you've been working to destabilize. And imagine the contempt for ordinary Americans required to expect them to swallow that steaming pile of bullshit. The No Kings crowd allegedly has a fascinating new theory of democratic government: when the voters and Constitution won't deliver your revolution, manufacture a fucking emergency and call yourself the rescue squad. “The Dorchester County Republican Party posted online stating that anyone who voted before 10:30 a.m. Experienced "voting irregularities" and the Dorchester County Democratic Party posted online saying that there were "reports of incorrect ballots." One Dorchester County candidate Robby Robins, running for re-election to S.C. House District seat 97 against Cathy Jaggars, told News Four that he had people reporting to him that names were missing on the ballots.” 📍 South Carolina

Except that you have been repeatedly asked for your proof that Trump failed to surrender original presidential records, rather than copies of his presidential records, and you have yet to do so. Ergo, it is mere speculation on your part.

Facing Discipline in Colorado? Hire the Guy Who Writes the Rules. Colorado judges facing discipline keep hiring the same lawyer. Montezuma County Judge Ian MacLaren is in the middle of formal disciplinary proceedings. On March 19, he dropped his lawyer and hired a new one: David Beller. Beller sits on the committee that writes Colorado’s judicial discipline rules. Christopher Gregory, the state’s former judicial watchdog, just filed a complaint over it. He says Beller can push for rule changes that help his clients and block the ones that hurt them. Look at Beller’s client list: → Judge Justin Haenlein: drew $16,566 a month on paid suspension, walked away with a censure → Judge Sean Murphy: resigned after his discipline case became a disability case → Judge Ian MacLaren: switched to Beller mid-case Gregory calls it a conflicted, collusive relationship with the very commission judging these cases. Imagine being on trial and your lawyer helps write the rules of the trial. That’s Colorado’s judicial discipline system. #Colorado #COpolitics #copol #JudicialCorruption #Accountability #Transparency
