Groups of young migrant men hanging around parks, toilets and play areas after dark “for no reason” isn’t culture. It’s a pattern. The authorities have spent years ignoring it, downplaying the stats and calling anyone who notices it a bigot. So locals are doing the job themselves. Message sent: this isn’t acceptable anymore.
