Seems like Tweeten is still functional since it's just a TweetDeck wrapper but not sure how long that will be the case. Sad week for all the amazing third-party Twitter apps and the developers behind them :(

Also, I likely won't make any updates to Tweeten in the future. If you are currently donating via Patreon or any other service, please feel free to stop. Grateful for the support 🙏🏽

Heartbroken for all the Twitter employees who were laid off this week - forever grateful for their contributions to TweetDeck and Twitter. Tweeten would not exist without them 😔🙏🏽 They don’t deserve to be thrown under the bus to make the world’s richest man even richer.

“Musk is expected to cut roughly half of Twitter’s workforce one week after buying the company for $44 billion.” Absolutely dire cuts that will forever impact Twitter and its culture. Twitter only has impact because of the people that build or use it, inside and out

Notifications can get overwhelming, and Tweeten has a built-in Mute feature to help with that. By default, the mute button is displayed based on context, like when you are getting a lot of distracting notifications 😫 You can unmute notifications easily from the context menu.

With Windows 11 embracing rounded corners, I think it's time for @TweetenApp to all the corners rounded too 👀 This is a working prototype/experiment I had made back in...2019. Got busy with uni and never released this so it's just sitting on a branch somewhere 😅

Tweeten looking hot on that vertical monitor 🤤

I went a little crazy on the monitor upgrades during lockdown. Now using the 32-inch Samsung G7 Odyssey (240Hz, 1440p) as main with 27-inch (165Hz, 1440p) either side. I love the curve on the Samsung for gaming 🖥
