1/ In 2014, I (@AndreiNeagoie) was in your shoes 👟.
I wanted a career change.
I wanted to get into tech.
So I taught myself to code using only free resources and got hired in 5 months.
You can too.
This is how I'd do it if I had to start from scratch in 2024.
Let's go 👇🧵
@uskinned is 12.1.1 the latest version of Umbraco that SiteBuilder has been tested with?
Knip might help (not used but, but it's on my future reading list) github.com/webpro/knip

From September I plan to start the journey of contracting. So if you need a developer in your team who know's his stuff about Umbraco or loves to improve DX journey of a product of service, get in touch

I tried it and reverted back, more issues with the dev build of Windows 11 being extremely slow for me, but ymmv.
We've had it for about a year and it's great. Only downside for me is you can save anything 'permanently'. The watch list is a bit weird as there seems no way to remove items manually. Integration with Netflix, Apple TV, Disney, works seamlessly.
And if you didn't attend Codegarden, come and hear why you should go next year !
Did you enjoy #Codegarden? Are you based in or near Edinburgh? Why not come and join us tomorrow evening to relive some of it all over again.

Hi Owain, I've messaged some colleagues on Teams. Not sure they will see the message, but I'll let you know if they reply.
Honoured to be renewed as well as these amazing people! #umbraco
I am honored to be a 7x Umbraco MVP ❤️🎉🎊🥳🏆
Congrats to all new and renewed MVPs #Umbraco #Codegarden #cg23
Gutted I'm not there in person, but there in spirit (and online for today at least) #codegarden #umbraco
