I still believe that MTV made a huge mistake by not picking this up to series. I worked so hard & poured my whole heart & soul into this pilot episode & we had SO MANY more amazing, heartfelt stories to tell about adoption! #Reunited

I’d like to personally thank @TheAshleysRR for hearing me out, having journalistic integrity, & fixing her headline! There’s not a lot of media/gossip sites out there that would’ve taken the time to open their mind & listen to me, so I sincerely thank you for restoring my faith that maybe not all of the “Teen Mom Hater” gossip sites are as bad as they seem! 👏🙏🙌

If by me expressing my hopes for healing, is considered to be an attack, then I have nothing else to say besides, I’m sorry for expressing those hopes & I’m sorry that they’re being perceived that way, because that was not my intention whatsoever

Let’s clarify… -I’m not arguing with anyone, I’m simply stating my opinion on what I find to be misleading -Again, I’m not “attacking” anyone & I have displayed no “issue” with women at all, only sympathy & a hope for healing Me & @TheAshleysRR have already spoken privately about the accuracy of her headline & she agreed to change it (whether she’ll honor that or not I have no idea & it’s not in my control). I hope that clears everything up for you

Again, I disagree that the words “WANT” & “HOPE” are the same as “NEED” but like I said, we’ll have to agree to disagree here. I believe that ethical (accurate) journalism is important for the right information to get out there. I still firmly believe that your headline is misleading, but I also fully understand that you have a very “specific” audience that you must cater to

It’s a valid question, considering the vast difference of intentions between a person saying they “HOPE” someone gets some healing vs them saying they “NEED” to get some healing. A good, unbiased reporter should understand the importance of accuracy when it comes to quoting people in a public statement/article, that’s all I’m saying.

Your headline says I stated the word “need” to heal their infertility trauma. Implying that I am telling them to do something they’re not. I don’t believe I ever said they “need” to do anything & if I did, that is definitely not what I meant. I think we can agree to disagree here, but in my opinion it’s misleading

This headline is misleading in my opinion. If you’d watch the whole live video I posted that this article is referring to, you’d understand the context. I said I hope they have/had some healing with the pain & trauma that comes with infertility, because I couldn’t imagine how hard that must be for people. You can twist my genuine compassion & empathy all you want to, that’s fine I just wanted to clarify what I thought was misleading.

That’s a really good question & I would ABSOLUTELY embrace her little brother as I always have! We’ve never gone to a visit without a gift for Carly AND her brother for this specific reason. He’s the sweetest, most kind hearted young man & I feel so blessed that Carly has him as a sibling to love & make memories with!

The truth, facts & reasonings of why all of sudden she will not be seeing us & her biological sisters like she has been used to her whole life. The truth & facts of open adoption, closed adoption, typical adoptee trauma, birthparent perspectives, adoptive parents perspective, adoptees perspective, etc. I think she deserves to know these things. I think all adoptees do!

We have already tried this multiple times. Dawn has reached out & has tried to get some sort of mediation or conversation to happen but they refuse. She’s gone above & beyond for us

Because it is also my right to share my own personal experience & to help educate people on adoption

Aww I’m so sorry you felt that way. I hope you were able to get the help you needed as an adoptee with that kind of trauma. Thank you for sharing your experience & perspective. This all needs to be talked about more! 🙏❤️

Dawn has tried everything to facilitate any kind of mediation, conversation & open transparency to no avail, unfortunately. Carly’s parents are refusing to do so (which is their right of course). It’s a very sad & complex situation all around
