On the other hand, transcendental meditation works in a distinctly different fashion. In this technique, intense and protracted single minded concentration on the process of drawing energy up the spinal cord ultimately results in what appears to be creation of acoustical standing waves in the cerebral ventricles which are then conducted to the gray matter in the cerebral cortex on the right side of the brain. As a result, according to Bentov, these waves "will stimulate and eventually 'polarize' the cortex in such a way that it will tend to conduct a signal along the homunculus, starting from the toes and on up." The Bentov bio-medical model, as described in a book by Lee Sannella, M.D., entitled: Kundalini-Psychosis or Transcendence, states that the standing acoustical waves are the result of the altered rhythm of heart sounds which are occasioned by prolonged practice of meditation, and which set up sympathetic vibrations in the walls of the fluid filled cavities which comprise the third and lateral ventricles of the brain. In addition, according to Bentov: "The states of bliss described by those whose Kundalini symptoms have completed the full loop along the hemispheres may be explained as a self-stimulation of the pleasure centers in the brain caused by the circulation of a 'current' along the sensory cortex." Bentov also notes, "that most of the described symptoms start on the left side of the body means that it is mostly a development occurring in the right hemisphere." Although normally a period of meditation involving intense concentration and practice for five years or some is required to "bring up the Kundalini," Bentov states that exposure to mechanical or acoustical vibrations in the range of 4-7 Hertz(cycles per second) for protracted periods may achieve the same effect. Bentov cites as an example "repeated riding in a car whose suspension and seat combination produce that range of vibrations, or being exposed for long periods of time to these frequencies caused, for instance, by an air conditioning duct." He also notes that: "The cumulative effect of these vibrations may be able to trigger a spontaneous physio-Kundalini sequence in susceptible people who have a particularly sensitive nervous system." Buried in the Tranche 7 is the DIA AAWSAP Nimitz Tic Tac Event reported: DOW-UAP-D175, BAASS Self-Assessment of UAP Analysis Capabilities, November 2010 🛸👽 This document is an administrative, programmatic, or contractor-produced record related to the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP), a Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)-administered program active from 2008 to 2012. AAWSAP’s official scope of work identified 12 technical research areas relating to potential aerospace threats over a time horizon of more than 40 years. As part of the broader program record, the file documents how AAWSAP was scoped, organized, tasked, funded, executed, or described at a particular point in time. This November 2010 Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS) contractor-authored capability statement presents BAASS’s analysis as technically rigorous and strategically valuable. The document appears intended not only to describe BAASS’s analytical capabilities but also to reinforce the case for the organization’s continued relevance and for the continuation of AAWSAP. The document summarizes the company’s self-assessment of the suitability of its personnel, software, equipment, field sensor, and data warehousing capabilities for analyzing unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) and unidentified submerged objects (USOs). It includes excerpted case findings and uses selected case studies and modeling exercises as demonstrations of BAASS’s analytical capabilities. The report describes BAASS as combining field collection resources, historical databases, and computational tools such as ANSYS Multiphysics to model UAP incidents through engineering and physics analysis, including work on radar cross section, fluid behavior, acoustics, and aerodynamic performance. It also presents BAASS’s in-house capabilities as supporting both threat assessment and the study of advanced aerospace technologies, while asserting that analysis of UAP performance characteristics could inform future developments in propulsion, stealth, detection, and weapons systems.

The Zapruder film shown below 👇 is a famous 26-second, silent, 8mm color home movie that accidentally captured the assassination of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963, in Dallas, Texas. One of JFKs Secret Service team members, Paul Landis, later stated that a bullet came from the front of the car and was lodged in the back trunk meaning it came from the front of the vehicle.. and more than one shooter. 🚨 JFK’s Assassination & MJ-12’s Directive to Kill Him 👽🛸 Many people, including various researchers and insiders, have agreed that by the time of President Eisenhower, the MJ-12 program had effectively slipped out of direct presidential control. MJ-12 operated independently, doing things on its own terms. In fact, this appears to be the period when MJ-12 began shifting responsibilities to civilian contractors and private corporations, essentially moving the core research and operations outside official government channels. This kept the government itself "clean," so that if anyone asked official channels, "What do you know about MJ-12?" the truthful response would be, "Nothing - we have no knowledge of it." DOES THIS MEAN TRANSFERRING MJ-12 ACTIVITIES TO CORPORATIONS LIKE BECHTEL? Exactly, offloading key elements to companies so that no government paperwork existed, allowing them to use separate security protocols disconnected from federal oversight. THIS SEEMS CONNECTED TO EISENHOWER'S FAREWELL WARNING ABOUT THE "MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX," DOESN'T IT? Yes, very much so. That famous caution about the growing power of the military-industrial complex aligns closely with this shift. THAT CONTEXT IS KEY TO UNDERSTANDING THE "BURNED MEMO." WHY DID MJ-12 - WHICH HAD COOPERATED (OR AT LEAST COEXISTED) WITH PRESIDENTS FROM TRUMAN THROUGH TO KENNEDY -SUDDENLY TURN HOSTILE TOWARD THE SITTING PRESIDENT? IN THE BURNED MEMO, HE'S REFERRED TO AS... "Lancer," yes. That was apparently a tightly guarded code name for JFK at the time. AND TAB A SPECIFICALLY FOCUSES ON WITHHOLDING ALL THIS KNOWLEDGE FROM LANCER. Precisely. Then, in his letter dated November 12, 1963, Lancer (JFK) essentially announced plans to initiate a program sharing this sensitive information.. including UFO/extraterrestrial matters, with the Soviet Union. That terrified MJ-12 and its associated groups. SO YOU BELIEVE THIS IS WHY JFK WAS ASSASSINATED, POSSIBLY BY ELEMENTS WITHIN THE CIA OR THROUGH PROXIES? Yes, that's the conclusion it points to. Bottom line: As far as I'm aware, this "burned memo" is the only document anyone has ever publicly claimed serves as written authorization for the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. It could theoretically stand as court-admissible evidence of such an order. TOP SECRET/MJ-12 Central Intelligence Agency memo from Director of Central Intelligence (MJ-1) to MJ-2 through MJ-7 allegedly written in 1961 to 1963 time period. Leaker says he worked 1960 to 1974 in CIA counter-intelligence for James Jesus Angleton, Director, CIA Counter-intelligence from 1954 to 1974. After James Angleton died on May 12, 1987, leaker said he pulled this 9-page memorandum from a fire that was burning up Angleton's most sensitive MJ-12 secret files. The full 9-page "burned memo" (as described in sources associated with Robert Wood and Ryan Wood's Majestic Documents site) reportedly includes a cover memo from the CIA Director (MJ-1, allegedly Angleton-era) to other MJ-12 members, with multiple attached "Tabs" (A through H) outlining directives on topics like classification, Project BLUE BOOK, FOIA, PSYOP, biological weapons (BW), and this ENVIRONMENT tab as the final one. (Note: "percipitation" is a misspelling visible in the image for "precipitation"; the text is fragmented due to burns, but this is the core readable portion of the directive under Tab (H). The phrasing is cryptic and has been interpreted in UFO/conspiracy contexts as a veiled reference to "wet works" or assassinations. The burned memo transcribed: "TOP SECRET/MJ-12 *Burned/introductory section (appears to be a draft note or body text, heavily damaged): DRAFT Directive Regarding Project ENVIRONMENT When conditions became non-conducive for growth in our environment and Washington could not be influenced any further, the weather is lacking any percipitation...it should be wet."
