MUFON Presents: MUFON's Russian Sample Part One: Analysis By Scientist Joshua Bertrand! In 2023 MUFON received the first of two samples of a strange material smuggled out of Moscow via Turkey. Two Labs in Russia and MUFON's own Missouri Lab could not identify want the material was. The first sample was stolen in transit from the Missouri Lab to a MUFON Director from their US Postal Mailbox. Fortunately, a second sample was procured. The second sample was sent to a hi-tech laboratory in Australia called Phenomenon Research Australia (PRA) and over 20,000 dollars worth of sophisticated testing was conducted. The material is certainly unique - a sophisticated type of Aerogel, a material created under mysterious circumstances in the early 1930s. Joshua Bertrand is a Canadian technology researcher. Joshua graduated with a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo in 2004. He spent 20 years working as a database storage expert for Reuters, Cisco Systems, Electronic Arts, and SAP Canada, as well as the synthesis and manufacture of Silica and Polyimide Aerogels.
