My wish for International Women’s Day:
Look around the room and question who is there.
If you find yourself in a room, on a cap table, board, or team - and there are no women, or very few, make note and try to change it.
Ask yourself why and be ok following the answer to its uncomfortable conclusion.
It’s not normal for women to be treated like endangered species at work.
