It鈥檚 a three game season now.
Hawks sit at 6-3.
Need 8 wins to get in comfortably, 9 wins should get them a Top 8 seed.
They still have their much-needed bye coming up on Nov 14.
Next up: Beau Brungard and the vaunted Penguin offense. Their defense is much improved also.

A slow start ultimately proved costly, but UND's response showed the resilience of a team capable of achieving its goals.
The Fighting Hawks battled back from a 20-3 halftime deficit, took the lead in overtime and showed the fight needed for the final month of the season.
All goals remain ahead.

Shoot. Hawks battled back to force OT, which was a feat in itself being they were down 17-0.
Oh well, onto next week. All their goals are still in front of them - I am encouraged by the way they progressed throughout that game. Just a tough start.

Kenten Laughman's 45-yard field goal ties the game at 20-20 with 45 seconds left. Yotes have two timeouts.
Boom!! Nice drive by the offense to make this 20-17!
Can the defense rise up one more time and give us a chance?
