UPSIDA | Joint Site Visit at Ayodhya
UPSIDA officials, along with the NHAI team, IIT team and representatives of the Industrial Association, conducted a joint site visit to Industrial Area (IA), Ayodhya, to review the drain water disposal issue.
The visit focused on assessing the existing site conditions and deliberating on a suitable solution for effective drainage management.

उत्तर प्रदेश में औद्योगिक अवस्थापना को सुदृढ़ करने की दिशा में यूपीसीडा द्वारा बाराबंकी के सनौली में 232 एकड़ तथा हरदोई के संडीला में 350 एकड़ क्षेत्र को अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर की सुविधाओं से विकसित करने की पहल की गई है। भारत औद्योगिक विकास योजना (भाव्या) के मॉडल पर प्रस्तावित इन औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में सूक्ष्म, लघु, मध्यम एवं बड़े उद्योगों के लिए आधुनिक सुविधाएं विकसित की जाएंगी। इनमें चौड़ी सड़कें, भूमिगत विद्युत व्यवस्था, जलापूर्ति, सीवरेज, जलशोधन संयंत्र, बैंक, अस्पताल, विद्यालय, भंडारण केंद्र तथा उद्यमियों एवं श्रमिकों के लिए आवासीय सुविधाएं सम्मिलित होंगी।

बाराबंकी स्थित यूपीसीडा का कुर्सी रोड औद्योगिक क्षेत्र खाद्य प्रसंस्करण, पेय पदार्थ और पैकेजिंग उद्योगों का प्रमुख केंद्र बनकर उभर रहा है। ज्ञान डेयरी, एसएलएमजी बेवेरेजेस और फिटज जैसी प्रमुख इकाइयों के संचालन से यहाँ 5,000 से अधिक लोगों को प्रत्यक्ष रोजगार प्राप्त हुआ है। माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री @myogiadityanath जी के मार्गदर्शन में @UPGovt औद्योगिकीकरण और पर्यावरण संरक्षण में संतुलन बनाते हुए स्थायी विकास को गति दे रही है, जहाँ उद्योग उत्पादन में 40 प्रतिशत तक रीसाइकिल सामग्री का उपयोग कर सतत विकास को बढ़ावा दे रहे हैं।

उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरण (यूपीसीडा) की 52वीं बोर्ड बैठक में मॉडल भवन विनियमावली-2026 के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी गई। बैठक में औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों के विस्तार, भूमि अधिग्रहण, भूमि आवंटन नीति में संशोधन तथा औद्योगिक एवं फार्मा पार्कों के विकास से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिए गए। इन पहलों का उद्देश्य औद्योगिक विकास को गति देना, नियोजन एवं निर्माण प्रक्रियाओं में एकरूपता लाना, प्रशासनिक पारदर्शिता बढ़ाना और प्रदेश में निवेश के अनुकूल वातावरण को सुदृढ़ करना है।

उत्तर प्रदेश में वेयरहाउसिंग एवं लॉजिस्टिक्स इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर का विस्तार हो रहा है। उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरण (यूपीसीडा) ने पीलीभीत, उन्नाव, गौतम बुद्ध नगर और अयोध्या में 4 नई परियोजनाओं को मंजूरी दी है, जिनमें एक साइलो, दो वेयरहाउसिंग परियोजनाएं और एक लॉजिस्टिक्स पार्क सम्मिलित हैं। इनके साथ प्रदेश में उत्तर प्रदेश वेयरहाउसिंग एवं लॉजिस्टिक्स नीति-2022 और पीआईपी नीति के अंतर्गत स्वीकृत परियोजनाओं की संख्या 75 हो गई है। इन परियोजनाओं के माध्यम से लगभग 960 एकड़ भूमि पर विकास और करीब ₹14,600 करोड़ के निवेश का प्रस्ताव है।
