The @USCapitolTree is brighter than ever thanks to the team of truckers who delivered it all the way from sunny California to our nation's capital. Here's a look at some of the faces who transported this year's tree! Thank you! 🚛🇺🇸🎄

Spent Wednesday night on the @uscapitol front lawn at the @USCapitolTree lighting ceremony. This year's choice is an 84-foot white fir from @SixRiversNF in California. @SpeakerPelosi, @SenFeinstein and @GOPLeader were among the night's speakers.

This week's #PublicLands appreciation pick is #California's @SixRiversNF, home of the 2021 @USCapitolTree! Every year, a different national forest is selected to provide a tree to appear on the west lawn of the U.S. Capitol building for the holiday season.

#ThrowbackThursday to when the @USCapitolTree came all the way from the Chugach Forest in Alaska, and Soldotna’s Anna DeVolld was the honored guest with a winning essay celebrating Alaska’s special Christmas tree.
