MATCH UPDATE: @Concacaf announced it has approved the request of the Haitian Football Federation to move the first leg of our Nations League quarterfinal from Kingston, Jamaica to Nu Stadium in Miami, FL.
The second leg will still take place as scheduled in Cincinnati on 11/17.
Looks to be a change in venue for the #USMNT vs Haiti away match which now appears to be a second home match for the USMNT in the #NationsLeague quarterfinals.
This is a joke FIFA youth tournament that includes 189 youth teams in 32 groups from all 6 confederations.
🚨🤯 NEW: THE FIRST U-15 WORLD CUP IN HISTORY KICKS OFF THIS WEEK, AND MEXICO IS PARTICIPATING. 🏆
Matches will be played 8-a-side, with two 20-minute halves on smaller pitches. ❤️

NEWS: FIFA confirms USA will host the first Women's Club World Cup in 2028 (no cities confirmed)
FIFA also announces that each 2027 World Cup participant will receive $2.5M in preparation money, the same as the 2026 Men's World Cup
I love this for so many reasons. Goalkeeping is such a unique position, and integrating GKs from different generations helps build continuity while fostering competition, both of which are essential for the #USMNT, especially given the current gap in top-tier goalkeeping talent within the pool.
Head of Goalkeeping Jack Robinson has called a 12-player roster for a domestic goalkeeping camp from Oct. 27-30 at the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center 🧤

This isn't rare for the #USMNT to call in players from clubs that might be on winter break or for clubs to release players who might not be getting club minutes to join these non-FIFA window camps.
🇺🇸👀 Mauricio Pochettino says December camp won’t just be for MLS players.
“It’s not just about having MLS players available, but also players from different leagues that may be on a break or on vacation.”🎙️
Here are some names I’d like to see considered, subject to club release:
🇩🇰 Diego Kochen - Lyngby
🇳🇴 Gabriel Wesseh - Fredrikstad (18yo winger tearing it up in Norway)
🇵🇹 Jalen Blesa - Rio Ave (11 goals in 22 apperances, dual nat)
🇦🇷 Matko Miljevic - Racing Club (Poch once called him in)
🇩🇪 Bajung Darboe - Bayern Munich II
🏴Matai Akinmboni - FC Dundee (19yo CB, no minutes)
🏴 Gaga Slonina - Chelsea (young GK, no minutes)
🏴 Rokas Pukštas - Middlesbrough (no minutes)
Some would require releases from clubs still in season, but could benefit from the opportunity.
Who else deserves a look?

PROMOTION/RELEGATION SET TO ARRIVE IN AMERICAN SOCCER IN 2028 🇺🇸📈
USL has unveiled new branding as it prepares to introduce promotion and relegation across three men’s professional divisions:
▫️ USL Premier — Division One
▫️ USL Championship — Division Two
▫️ USL League One — Division Three
Clubs would earn promotion, or face relegation, based on their results on the field.
The new look launches in January 2027, with USL Premier and the promotion/relegation system planned for 2028.

Seems odd that they would play at Inter Miami's old stadium instead of playing at Inter Miami's Nu Stadium (pun intended)

I feel better about ending the year with a #USMNT camp rather than forcing the January Camp.
Hopefully, we see many U-23 players and a new #MLS GK or two on this roster.

I hate how soccer decisions are so subjective. The same play gets called one place & ignored another. IMO, Q handball is anything from the shoulder to the hand.
Keep it black & white and make players responsible for their arm position. Subjectivity and the so call sprint of the game just allows for no accountablity.

Here's hoping the fan, passion and commitment remains at the same or high level for the Maine Wildness. I know my daughter is very excited about for it.

The more Donovan talks the more he takes away from his #USMNT career in my eyes. I was the biggest Donovan fan but his stock in plummeting for me in his post player career.
SHOTS FIRED: EDDIE JOHNSON GOES AFTER LANDON DONOVAN 😳🇺🇸
On his podcast, Landon Donovan urged caution over the hype surrounding 17-year-old Cavan Sullivan, referencing several highly touted American prospects, saying: “I saw it with Freddy Adu. Santino Quaranta. I saw it with Eddie Johnson. I saw it with Gio [Reyna]…”
Former USMNT forward Eddie Johnson responded on Instagram 👀👇
🗣️ “I can’t speak for Freddy Adu or Santino Quaranta or Gio Reyna, but I will speak for myself, Landon Timothy Donovan.”
🗣️ “You talk so much shit about every other young upcoming player in the past but yourself.”
🗣️ “He came back home where it was easy for him, and now he talks shit about kids doing more than he did in a league he failed in.”
🗣️ “I did everything you did with fewer opportunities and [am] still considered one of the best strikers this country has seen.”
🗣️ “I salute these young boys for sticking it out in Europe and not taking the easy way out for a paycheck … and less pressure.”
