Van Assche was so good on the slower Lyon courts last week but really struggled in the quicker conditions. Excellent shotmaking from Tien today!
Great win for Holger Rune. Nice to see him back in the top 1000 (617 to be exact). Interested to see how long it’ll take him to re enter the top 100.
Fascinated to see how Holger Rune looks by the start of 2027. Can clearly tell he’s far off his best still. But positive signs are growing match by match. Absolutely awesome to have the Dane back on tour!

That was easily a Top 5 most entertaining best of 3 match of the 2026 season that I’ve seen. Unreal level late in that second set. Such gutsy fight from Musetti late to get the job down from a break down in the third
