A lot of music fans confuse popularity with musical quality.

Empaths are choosing themselves now. They're setting boundaries, protecting their peace, and no longer feeling guilty for putting their own needs first. The old version of them is gone. The game has changed.

sometimes you don’t realise how deeply jealousy has surrounded and affected you until you look back, especially if it’s been from a young age coming from people you loved. you become immune to it at some point and yeah, that may protect you, but it hides the hurt which can be a gift and a curse. so recognise it, but never let it make you doubt yourself. use it as fuel to keep becoming.

We have so many foreigners living in Nigeria too but Nigerians don’t even care, we don’t talk about illegal foreigners, tribalism gain more audience in Nigeria than illegal foreigners. That’s why these people think other countries don’t live in Nigeria illegally.

South Africans raised $2,400 (R40,000) for a Nigerian fan of Orlando Pirates to travel and watch the Soweto Derby against their rivals, Kaizer Chiefs. She has been offered free accommodation during her stay in SA. She was a Guest on South Africa's national TV station, SABC.

The state of the music industry right now is exhausting. My biggest issue is how everyone has become a music analyst or critic, including listeners, but instead of judging the music itself, they base their opinions on streams, awards and other vague metrics Critiquing the actual sound and product is a good thing. It helps artists reflect, improve and grow. But using streams to determine how good a song is makes no sense when we all know that commercial success doesn’t necessarily reflect musical quality Another thing that bothers me is how everyone now seems to have access to artists backend Spotify data and metrics. I genuinely don’t think listeners need that much access to such information
