Graduate student Runeysa Ozturk was abducted by five masked persons, presumably U.S. government agents, for co-authoring an op-ed in the student paper calling for recognition of the humanity of all people, including Palestinians. The government identified her in collaboration with Zionist harassment group acting as a proxy for the Israeli regime.

On April 15th, we joined the hundreds of demonstrations that were staged on Tax Day. SUNY BDS was first formed through Zoom calls between a handful of SUNY faculty and students and has now grown to a nationwide movement calling for divestment from the Palestinian genocide.
