This afternoon, our Level 10 students in the Female Athlete Module explored all things pelvic health with Rosie - an educator, speaker, and leading advocate for pelvic wellbeing in Scotland.
An incredibly insightful and engaging session!
Last week, our Level 7 Fundamentals of Sport & Exercise students took part in a brilliant careers-in-sport panel in partnership with the Glasgow Sport Network.
Huge thanks to our guest speakers for sharing their journeys & offering valuable careers advice.
On Thursday we hosted @StJOHS at our @CASESsocial Outreach Day, where pupils studying Higher PE or Dance took part in a day of sport science including exercising in extreme environments, exercising in aging suits, & understanding disability sport.
