The Magic world can be pretty negative sometimes, so here's a bunch of things I'm thankful for in 2022 Magic. What Magic-related stuff are you thankful for this year?
Sitting in a Dentist’s office and the waiting room music is Smashing Pumpkin’s Bullet with Butterfly Wings, an anthem of teen angst and rebellion, a song I used to scream-sing in my car as a shitty 16 yo. Now it’s waiting room music… wtf.

I wasn't done winning for today. I went 5-0 with Modern Merfolk, but with an experiment: I removed Silvergill Adept.
It is suspected that Silvergill is poorly positioned because of Fire//Ice, Wrenn and Six, and Fury. Only time will tell if this is the next iteration of Merfolk.

I need your support in this #Grammy runoff election. My opponents have all stated their commitment to blowing up the ocean. Call me crazy, but I think the ocean is important. Please vote. #ForTheFish

A brutal crackdown by the authorities in Iran trying to halt the protests that have convulsed the country in the past two months has exacted a terrible toll on the nation’s youth, lawyers and rights activists say. nyti.ms/3EA2ZtG
ALT A collection of photos shows some of the nearly 50 minors that rights groups say Iran has killed in the past two months, as protests swept the country. Security forces shot or beat to death most of them during protests. A headline reads: Iran killed youth for joining protests, rights groups say.
