Thank God the Bull was saved , But I wonder what happens to the Cows with this situation?
The office was empty by nine and the fluorescent lights humming over rows of dark monitors, Lena sat at her desk finishing the quarterly report, shoes kicked off under the chair, when Mark appeared with two coffees.
“Figured you were still here,” he said.
He set one cup beside her keyboard, his wedding ring caught the light as he pulled up the chair from the neighboring cubicle.
They’d been trading late nights for three weeks, project deadlines, shared playlists, the easy way conversation slid from spreadsheets to childhood stories.
Tonight the talk turned quieter. Mark reached over to fix a stray strand of her hair and didn’t pull his hand back, Lena’s breath caught.
She turned toward him, and what followed was a kiss, it was soft at first, then deeper, coffee cooling untouched between them.
They moved to the small conference room at the end of the hall, the door clicked shutz Mark’s hands slid under her blouse while hers worked at his belt.
The city glowed through the blinds, and for a few minutes the only sounds were fabric and low, urgent breaths.
Then suddenly the outer office door opened,
“Lena? You said you’d be done by ten, I brought the Thai you like.”
Her husband’s voice, Mark froze, shirt half-open Lena’s eyes went wide.
A second voice, female, closer to the conference room
“Mark? your phone was tracking here, itold you I was bringing the kids’ leftover cake.”
The door handle turned, neither of them had locked it.

For the first time today i met a 63 years female, known HIV positive patient who lost on follow up with Anal cancer..
By looks ,it's scaring but patient need to be guided on progress of the condition..
The risk of disease Metastasis is very high..
Persistent disease – Re-evaluate with imaging after 4 weeks, as treatment response can continue for up to 26 weeks after completion of therapy.
If disease progression is seen at re-evaluation, treatment is as for progressive disease.
If re-evaluation shows regression or no progression of disease, patients are monitored for continuing response at 3-month intervals, using the imaging studies utilized for initial work-up of anal carcinoma.

I canceled dinner because my child was sick. The next morning, my friend sent me a $180 payment request.
Eight of us had planned dinner at an expensive restaurant for her birthday.
Hours before the reservation, I told her I couldn't come.
She said she understood.
The next morning, she requested $180.
I asked what I was paying for.
She said,
"We ordered based on eight people.
You canceled, so everyone else had to pay more."
I reminded her that I hadn't eaten or ordered anything.
She replied,
"Your seat was still part of the reservation."
Now two friends say I should pay because my cancellation affected everyone.
Would you send the $180-or refuse to pay for a dinner you never attended?
