ALARACT 030/2022 United States Army Appearance and Grooming modifications is now available on the Army Publishing Directorate website. The only change from ALARACT 040/2021 is the expiration date and points of contact.
ALARACT 040/2021 will be extended. Standards remain in place as written in the SEC ARMY memo dated 30 Apr. 2021..Side Note: Just because an ALARACT expires, doesn't mean the standards revert back. There is usually a directive authorizing the ALARACT.

ALARACT 007/2022: Army Green Service Uniform (AGSU) Nameplate Addition is now available on the APD website with accompanying slides. The slides are for placement reference but do not take the place of written guidance.
I am aware of the memo authorizing the wear of the nameplate on the AGSU. There will be guidance issued regarding the phase in period and proper wear. Until then, DO NOT place the black and white nameplate on your AGSU. It is not and will not be authorized with the AGSU
Had the pleasure of discussing uniform initiatives and receive feedback from the Soldiers of @usamrdc and Ft. Detrick. Thank you for the opportunity!
