NEW: With Halloween only 8 days away, we wonder: is the entire Blue Jackets franchise simply cursed?

None of this can be disputed. The Chiclets boys are spot on.
Only thing that can change any of this, is this team turning it around and quieting the noise. I'm not sure that's going to happen. #CBJ

A beautiful day to build! 🛝
The CBJ staff spent the day hard at work, teaming up with our friends from Midstates Recreation & @OhioCAT1 to build our 16th CBJ Foundation playground at the Cherry Creek YMCA Ohio!
Soon kids and families will have a brand-new, safe outdoor space to play, learn and laugh together!

Rick Bowness said Ivan Provorov got a light skate in today and plans to do the same Saturday.
“We can say he’s getting closer.” #CBJ
NEW: As a Metro Division rival turns into a Stanley Cup contender, the Blue Jackets keep playing it safe and hoping for the best. Once again, they are getting left in the dust.

I... don't hate it. Would like to see Sillinger get a crack on one of these units, but otherwise I'm intrigued.

He's had it easy so far, hasn't had to face the Blue Jackets. #CBJ
Yeah this is great and all, but Kent Johnson had just dumped the puck in, so his stick was high from the follow through.
He was trying to turn to protect himself from the hit, which is why the stick turned.
Not picking on Jonathan one bit here, this is an interesting thread with some great points.
However, DYK that nobody on this team has more power-play goals than Big Boss over the last four years? He's also 4th in scoring overall.
We have an article coming this afternoon. #CBJ
Since there's lots of chatter about a possible Voronkov trade today. My 2 cents (as an idiot fan):
1- He's had a lot of runway to put it all together with the #CBJ and it's just. not. happening. (yet.)

NEW: Of course the Blue Jackets are looking to trade away one of their most productive forwards over the last several seasons. He doesn't fit into the mold they are building with.

per hockeyviz, the blue jackets have been so bad in the second period they’ve actually joined the new jersey devils part of the graph
NEW: If the Blue Jackets want to spark some energy in the lineup, they have some options in Cleveland-including a guy they just acquired.
