A lot of people missed this young woman's clip at the No Kings protest, she was really iconic, wrapped in the flag, talking straight to camera while the march moved around her.
She is a brave person and worth watching again and again. – at District of Columbia, USA

Joe Burrow talks about growing up in a racist and hateful white neighborhood in Ohio and how that changed him forever.
No white QBs talk about racism like him because they benefit from it. Shoutout to Joe Cool for speaking about it openly! 🔥

Dear maga,
This is not an attack, this time anyway. But please consider what he's saying and take a real moment to think about it. And maybe then, you'll understand how so many of us feel. Especially towards those family and friends who voted for trump.

How can anybody who cares about this country see that and not be inspired to vote?!

Brendan Haywood says offensive identity has left the league:
“I call a lot of college basketball last year, and I do pro. And the one difference I see is offense identity. If you watch a college game, Duke don’t play like Carolina, Carolina don’t play like Michigan, Michigan don’t play like Nebraska or whoever, or Kansas, right? But when you watch a NBA game everybody plays the same but it didn’t used to be like that. Because when we came in the league the Nets was running the Princeton, the Lakers were running the triangle then you had Sacramento running the high post offense with Vlade and them boys. Golden State run and gun, low post offense, cross screens. Everybody played to their strengths because they said this is what we do. Then you know what happened everybody came in with the IPads and everything else and analytics, and they said, “Hey, we want to be pace and space and shoot threes mid pick and roll spread game the whole NBA plays like that.”
You watch every NBA game now a days you see the same offense it is hard to tell each teams identity when you all play the same style.
Gilbert Arenas says the only thing that has changed with Toronto is the illusion of a 35 year old guy that’s only going to be there for a year or two:
“You traded all your young pieces with all your young pieces. The future of your team is at the Clippers now. You got him for a year or two and he’s gone, now what you got? Nothing. I thought he would come there add with those guys and teach those guys how to be great and they can move on. You got rid of three or four young people that’s gonna build with Scottie Barnes that’s gonna move the needle together.”
This is true the Raptors are putting a lot of trust in a guy that’s 35 and injury prone to come into this stack Eastern Conference to win a championship.

Nas- “Hip-Hop needs to thank God for Jay-Z; as a businessman, Martin Luther King [Jr.] died, Malcolm X died, Elijah Muhammad died, Noble Drew Ali died, the honarable Marcus Garvey died for Jay and for you and me. The fact that he’s doing what he’s doing is an awakening call for all of the Gods and Earths to wake up and understand the true calling. This generation is bigger than what we can even fathom. Jay-Z is one of the only ones, out of the whole community, that we grew up with in the Run DMC days who has taken this shit seriously, musically and business-wise. That’s powerful. You gotta respect him.”
