Simulate, before you deploy! 💽 Simulation environments that additionally offer offline programming tools allow to design a robotic process much earlier. In this case, a 2D and 3D model of the workpiece was created and then uploaded to the RoboDK simulation studio. RoboDK then translated that data into a valid path for the @Universal_Robot controller. Hundreds of points were created in a matter of minutes.

Teaching by showing! 👨🏼‍🏫 @NordboRobotics is making robotics accessible to all skill levels. Mimic is an intuitive tool allowing users to record and automate tasks without programming experience. By integrating Mimic with robotic systems, companies save time as operators can directly record movements, eliminating the need for extensive robot programming. They various industrial tasks like sanding, polishing, painting, and grinding, offering automation solutions for tasks traditionally requiring skilled human labor. 🧽 As you can see @Universal_Robot arm recreated the demonstrated path very accurately. Users can program Mimic-enabled robots with flexible options, including point-to-point movements, path generation, or demonstration. P.S. First deburring attempt by myself!

A robot that helps trees! 🌳 Washington State University is using Warthog to revolutionize orchard farming by fine-tuning nitrogen use. They're developing a smart system that studies each tree's needs, applying just the right amount of nitrogen when and where it's needed. This tech not only boosts fruit quality but also slashes environmental impact by curbing excess fertilizer. The Warthog robot from @Clearpath, loaded with sensors and cameras, and @Universal_Robot arms autonomously navigates orchards, targeting individual trees precisely—maximizing yields while minimizing waste. This innovative approach isn't just about better farming, it's a step toward sustainable agriculture with a focus on eco-friendly practices.
