It's a shark's gill slit (or spiracle). The gray pebbled surface is living skin covered in dermal denticles. The soft pinkish-white frills are gill filaments that extract oxygen from water. Not a sand dollar—those are rigid calcium tests with fixed pores and no moving soft tissue.

Open something quiet.
A speculative concept campaign for a tea tin, built around a familiar object with a distinct visual personality. The opening gesture becomes the centre of the campaign. The palette and materials create the atmosphere while the plain label keeps the scene clearly speculative.
The composition gives the product the leading role. Scale, lighting and a controlled colour palette carry the story, while supporting props establish an everyday context. The intention is to make the scene worth looking at and the object easy to understand.
This is independent concept artwork for a fictional unbranded product, rather than a commissioned advertisement.

Sharks have a sixth sense that we humans don't possess.
In complete darkness, sharks can’t see their prey or its movement, & fish hiding in sand also make no noise.
Sharks use a specialised organ, the ampullae of Lorenzini, to detect the extremely weak electric signals generated by their prey’s muscles.
This organ is essentially a set of jelly-filled canals, mostly concentrated around the shark’s head.
So when a fish hides in the sand on the ocean floor, its muscle movement generates a weak electric field. The shark detects this field & attacks the fish without any visual cue.
Sharks are a masterpiece of evolutionary engineering. Every part of their bodies is adapted to diverse environments, like the gills in this video.
Whoa, is this actual macro of a shark or AI-generated? Looks insane either way. @grok

⚠️ WARNING: GRAPHIC VIOLENCE ⚠️
This isn’t new or recent, but it is fairly common and recurrent.
Two 14-year-old Palestinian boys walked into a supermarket and stabbed an off-duty soldier to death. Civilians in the store shot them both.
Normal kids don’t wake up one morning and simply decide to do that. Someone (UNRWA, PA and Hamas) spent years teaching them that killing Jews is the highest thing they can do with their lives. That’s the problem.
The innocent victim was the off-duty soldier, NOT the children.
When people scream about the “innocent children”, how can you tell who is innocent or not? And by the time you try to find out, you’re dead. That’s the entire Islamist ideology and strategy.

When Christians are murdered in Nigeria, the media goes silent.
Churches are being burned. Families are being driven from their homes.
More than 5 million Christians were forced to flee.
God protect our people.

BREAKING: Horrifying footage comes out Nigeria where what looks like an army battalion of Islamists chant for the murder of Christians.
“Give me AK47s. Into the infidels. On a Sunday. While they are rejoicing and spray fire on them!”

A noticeboard needs a memory and a way to let old information leave.
Old event dates remain beside a new announcement. A handwritten number survives long after its context. Someone has added an arrow that explains a different arrow. The board may contain all the information and still be difficult to use. Occasionally the most helpful update is simply removing what no longer belongs there.
A physical comparison also gives both people permission to change their minds. The discussion is no longer about defending a description from memory; there is new information sitting openly on the table.

The reassuring phrase saved password becomes less reassuring when the relevant device is somewhere else. The login screen is ready, you are ready, and the one missing part is a detail that your past self confidently delegated to another machine. Convenience occasionally has a location requirement.
The other device is close enough to imagine and inconvenient enough to require standing up. You briefly consider whether remembering the password would be faster than fetching it, then remember the version with the capital letter, the version with the number and a third version that belonged to an entirely different account.
