We announced new ATH in RWAs TVL on @arbitrum yesterday at $300m.
Today - @UntangledFi and @AlloyX_Limited are working together to build the first ever delta neutral vault to complement RWA yields with DeFi yields exclusively on Arbitrum.
Here's how it works under the hood:
- RYT holders (yield bearing stablecoin backed by money market fund) deposit to receive sRYT (staked version)
- Isolated lending market would accept sRYT as collateral to borrow more stables to mint RYT / sRYT
- sRYT will be deposited into a delta netural strategy vault which earns yield from underlying MMF + funding rate arbitrage strategies to achieve blended yield that is much higher than MMF yields.
We have the ecosystem to scale RWAs on Arbitrum to $3bn:

A great space on the "Tokenizing the world" panel hosted by @0xPolygon - 3 main points we wanted to share:
1) the first phase of #RWA private credits is over, as evidenced by a stagnant growth. The new phase will see "institutional-grade" collaterals being brought on-chain.
2) #RWA liquidity/liquidation solutions need to be built. Turning RWAs into tokens does not solve that.
3) Bringing RWA collaterals on-chain introduces credit and counterparty risks so an on-chain credit intelligence infrastructure will also need to be built.
