Great. Now we're to have judges whose prattling gibberish is incomprehensible.
Fort Bend County, TX. Judge Surendran K. Pattel telling actual Americans they should vote for him because “integrity, fairness, and honesty” matter. He’s deciding major civil and criminal cases and could change the course of your life, yet you can barely make out a single word he says. What a joke we’ve become.

This happened in France less than a month ago. So... why the frak would *anyone* have internet access to their fridges turned on at this point? Can I assume this also took out fridges in the pharmacies?
JUST IN: Fridges and freezers at some supermarkets in Belgium, Luxembourg and Sweden were hacked overnight. Hackers changed the temperature settings to as high as 70°C (158°F), causing food to spoil. The damage is expected to run into the millions.

One of the most amazing depictions of "existential crisis."

I'm *pretty* sure this is rage bait, not sheer idiocy. But either way, covering all American territory with a paste of humanity would be as silly as filling a mature, state-sized O'Neill hab with solid urban areas rather than nature-with-cities.
Where nobody lives in America. All that green represents 0 population. We still have so much more room to grow as a country.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The green areas show U.S. Census blocks with zero reported population, but include protected national parks/wilderness, military bases, commercial/industrial zones, highways, and unsuitable terrain like mountains/deserts where development is restricted or impractical. mapsbynik.com/maps/census0po… bigthink.com/strange-maps/n… gizmodo.com/mapping-the-us… smithsonianmag.com/smart-news/the…

I'm in favor of rendering O'Neill colonies. But I'm often surprised at just how overpopulated the interiors often are. To be self-sufficient, you'd need far more land area devoted to "nature" than to "city." The oxygen would get quickly used up, never mind the people going buggo.
It's Sunday so that means more time for O'Neill cylinder explorations:

Apparently the ATC audio. Pilot seems to panic as the plane descends at a sporty 22,000 feet per minute. That's 250 mph... not fast for Learjet in horizontal flight, but a bit much for vertical flight. Kinda curious what caused this... mechanical, electronic, pilot.

Found on ebay: negative transparencies of some (prob mid-70’s) McDonnell-Douglas art. The images were not well reproduced, but w/some processing they turn out useful. Here's DC-2000 hypersonic transport, capable of 5,000 mi range at Mach 6.0 via four turbojets and four ramjets.

Dunno if this is true (it's RT, after all) but her devious scheme ain't gonna work. She turned herself from a moderately cute woman into a worn-out, beaten-down simulacrum of a man. She can't go back from that. Acting's done. Needs to take up welding or construction or some such.

A 1/350 scale diagram of the 1971 Boeing Resource Air Carrier (AKA RC-1, AKA “Brute Lifter”) designed as a flying oil tanker for the arctic. I've often pondered 3D modeling for printing at 1/144. Would there be a market? aerospaceprojectsreview.com/…

1/ I agree whole-heartedly that we should forgive those who repent their evil deeds. But forgiveness also includes "straight to jail" for violent criminals, even if they say they're really, really sorry. For hateful goons like this, some sort of contrition, more than a bland...
She's deeply sorry that the things she said publicly -- and with great pride -- resulted in people correctly calling her a hate-filled, violence-loving monster.

2/...statement, would seem appropriate. Not just say "oopsie," but call out the whole culture of hate. Including naming names of those who radicalized her, whether friends, teachers, celebrities, politicians. Go through deprogramming. Burn bridges to those who made her that way.

A Flickr account to go through, download everything & print off & hang on your wall: 1970's NASA space colony art. We *should* have been well on our way to this by now. After 50 years, at least a Bernal Sphere or Stanford Torus. Instead... the bottom 2%. flickr.com/photos/nasacommon…

Nothing says "Traditional Minnesota Nice" like "gang violence/shooting at a Somali halal event." Few things are more hilarious than watching people who shouldn't be in Minnesota (or the western hemisphere) freaking out over the appearance of the smallest dog on the planet.
Watch me get harassed for literally just recording whatever the hell just happened in Union Depot in Saint Paul, MN Never thought it would be me, literally just walking home with my (tiny) dog (that scared the shit out of them) lmao #somalisota #minnesota #staysafe

It's not always haram. Liberals definition is very narrow. They don't consider Husband emergency need. Also in war its is allowed.
