Bashir Bayo Ojulari, recently received the Managing Director of Shoreline Natural Resources Limited, Mr. Tunde Karim, and the Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Oil Limited, Mr. Ado Oseragbaje, in Abuja. Discussions centred on reviewing performance on one of the largest onshore oil and gas assets in the country and examining the drilling programme planned for the block. OML 30 is held by NNPC E&P Limited in a joint venture with Shoreline Natural Resources Limited, with Heritage Energy Operational Services Limited as the Operator of the asset. China’s unwrought copper and semi-finished copper imports rose 20.7% month on month to 461,000 metric tons in September, up from 382,000 in August, according to customs data. Imports had fallen for two consecutive months after reaching 478,000 metric tons in June. September’s volume was 5% below a year earlier. Mysteel says the import window opened during parts of September, encouraging traders to increase purchases.
