*Taking Cooperative Training Closer to the Ground.* The *53rd Directors’ Conference*, organised by the National Council for Cooperative Training (NCCT) on 14 October 2026, placed special emphasis on expanding the reach and measurable impact of cooperative education and capacity building. The Chairman, Executive Council, directed institutions to strengthen training programmes in fisheries, dairy, PACS, urban cooperative banking and organic cooperatives, while aligning institutional goals with the priorities of respective States.
