🚨VIRGINIA VOTERS
📣We must question @MarkWarner 's character, morals, and commitment to telling the truth
🚩As Vice Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, he co-led the investigation into Russian activities in the 2016 election
🚩In 2017, text messages later made public showed him communicating with Adam Waldman—a lobbyist who had represented Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska—seeking a private meeting with Christopher Steele, author of the Clinton campaign-funded dossier used by the FBI – Federal Bureau of Investigation
🚩Warner’s own words included preferring no “paper trail.” On February 8, 2018, President Trump stated :
“Wow! -Senator Mark Warner got caught having extensive contact with a lobbyist for a Russian oligarch. Warner did not want a ‘paper trail’ on a ‘private’ meeting (in London) he requested with Steele of fraudulent Dossier fame. All tied into Crooked Hillary”
🚩Public reporting also described Warner conveying a “stand down” from then-FBI Director James Comey on discussions with Julian Assange regarding evidence on DNC email sources
🚩Official reviews later documented major problems with the Steele dossier and related FISA processes
🚩These public facts raise legitimate questions about Warner’s truthfulness, judgment and candor

Why did Lee stay with Virginia when 7 other "Virginia colonels" didn't?
None of them lived there. Some weren't colonels. One wasn't even born in America.
The Naming Commission didn't find a double standard. They made a geography error 👇

It's finally happening. Tonight I am going to drop my first video. The fake scholar from AEI just borrowed the lie that the Naming Commission spread--which I will take on tonight.
As this is a new frontier for this feed, I would appreciate your time and attention to the video.
Yvonne Chiu’s claim that Robert E. Lee was “a tool of Virginia rather than a citizen-soldier” works only if Lee’s own words are set aside. He did not wait for Richmond to invent a motive for him. Before Virginia left the Union he said the condition out loud: “If Virginia stands by the old Union, so will I. But if she secedes...then I will follow my native State with my sword, and, if need be, with my life.” After the convention acted, he wrote the same thing to Winfield Scott, to his sister, and to his brother: he would not raise his hand against “my relatives, my children, my home,” and “save in defence of my native State, I never desire again to draw my sword.” Virginia’s ordinance, Lincoln’s call for troops, and the sudden prospect of being ordered against his own people forced the choice. That is agency under a 1861 theory of allegiance, not puppetry. Chiu needs Lee to be a vessel. Lee described himself as a man whose state had been “drawn” into revolution and who then chose, against his preference for the Union, not to make war on it.
The oath she leans on is a postwar instrument. The officer formula Lee had sworn was the older constitutional oath to support the Constitution of the United States—the same sparse pledge that bound Scott, Johnston, Beauregard, and every other regular of the antebellum army. Congress rewrote that language in 1861–62, and on July 2, 1862, imposed the Ironclad Test Oath, with its “without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion” clause and its demand that the swearer had never given aid to rebellion. Those words exist because the prewar oath had not settled the state-versus-nation question the way later moralists wish it had. To judge April 1861 by a statute passed after Shiloh is to pretend the war’s legal meaning was fixed before the first shot. If the earlier oath had already made Lee’s course unthinkable, there would have been no need to invent a harder one.
The “Virginia colonels” roster is the other half of the ploy. Chiu recycles the talking point that Lee was the lone Virginia colonel to go South, usually by pointing readers to a list padded with men who were Virginians only on a baptismal register. Philip St. George Cooke, born in Loudoun, left the state as a teenager, married in Missouri, spent his adult life on the plains, and said if his citizenship were localized it would be for MO. Several others on the comparison set were aged staff officers who died or retired in 1861, or men promoted into colonelcies after resignations created vacancies, or officers who had lived outside Virginia since childhood. Thomas T. Fauntleroy, a real Virginia dragoon colonel with a Virginia life, resigned and took a Virginia commission; that inconvenient case is usually dropped so the remainder can be billed as “loyal Virginians.” A sample of frontier careerists and dying bureau chiefs is not a control group. It is a stage set.
Men who actually knew the army and the war did not need this apparatus. Morris Schaff, a Union officer writing from inside the West Point tradition, treated Lee as part of the academy’s living spirit, not as a cautionary dummy. Charles Francis Adams Jr., a Union veteran and President of the American Historical Association, spent a centennial address explaining Lee’s motives and paused specifically over George Thomas: “the conditions in the several cases were not the same,—neither Scott nor Thomas was Lee.” Thomas was a Virginian on paper; Adams refused to pretend that paper was the whole man. Theodore Roosevelt, honoring Lee in 1907, praised his soldierly conduct and civic conduct after defeat, unaware that the subject had been a tool. They did not use an ex post facto oath; they did not treat 1865 as if it had already happened in 1861; and they did not relabel absentee colonels as the authentic voice of Virginia. The “tool of Virginia” thesis is not a recovered fact. It is a later verdict that has to misquote Lee, backdate a statute, and cook a roster in order to exist.

Please help us get this info out … @ShannonTaylorVA is just bad news and would be horrific for our district. Her priorities put Virginians and honestly victims of crimes last.
Shannon Taylor and Descano were founding members of the Virginia Progressive Prosecutors for Justice, which advocated to end cash bail statewide to allow dangerous criminals back on the streets, fully repeal mandatory minimums, and automatically expunge certain criminal records.
In 2019, Taylor also endorsed Descano, saying, "I know he will prioritize the same Democratic values we all share."
You don't get to claim you're tough on crime with that partner on your resume.

🚨Are Democrats encouraging illegal aliens to vote in Virginia?
Consider these three points:
✔️HB640 eliminates Election Day voter challenges -- poll workers can’t question eligibility. No photo ID necessary to vote
✔️AG Jay Jones issued a bulletin directing election officials to block DOJ monitors & call the police on @ICEgov
✔️Legal Aid Justice Center -- with 5 offices across the state -- is suddenly letting folks know about bilingual “Know Your Rights” videos for how illegals should deal with police and ICE: “Your voice is yours, and silence can mean protection”
"This is incredibly important right now," says LAJC director, and describes the videos as emergency preparedness
This is sanctuary policies + stripped safeguards + obstructed oversight. There are hundred of thousands of illegal aliens in Virginia
@CivilRights needs plenty of monitors in Virginia

🚨Heads Up, Virginia: AG Jay Jones’ 10-page election directive is the DataRepublican blueprint in real time
@DataRepublican laid it out: coordinated clashes with the federal government to delegitimize it and hand legitimacy to Democratic state officials -- specifically governors & AGs
‼️Virginia’s AG just ordered election officials to:
• Deny ordinary DOJ monitors access to polls
• Tell federal agents to leave and call local police
• Document badges, weapons, vehicles & movements
• Challenge federal subpoenas
• While eliminating Election Day voter eligibility challenges
❌No specific unlawful federal operation identified—just preemptive resistance that sets up the “red line” showdown and shifts authority to the state and transfers legitimacy and control to Democratic state officials -- in Virginia's case, leftwing extremists Governor Abigail Spanberger and Attorney General Jay Jones --
❌This is an operational plan, not theory.
❌The conditions for escalation are being set in advance.

🚨 BUSTED: Sen. L. Louise Lucas indicted on federal charges
Our new investigation turns the indictment into plain English, so you don't need a law degree to follow it.
Today federal prosecutors unsealed an 8-count indictment. Lucas is named in 5 of the counts:
- Racketeering conspiracy
- Conspiracy to distribute marijuana
- Money laundering conspiracy
- Honest services fraud conspiracy
- Maintaining a drug premises
Here's what prosecutors allege:
- She ran a family "enterprise" selling marijuana out of The Cannabis Outlet in Portsmouth
- She used her Senate office to push for a retail pot license she could profit from
- $100,000 in FBI-supplied cash was handed over in her Capitol office
- In her own words: "we can make a lot of money" and "I've got too old to not be greedy"
Our new investigation also names every Virginia Democrat who helped her rise by voting for the very marijuana bills at the center of the case. That's 124 Democrats, bill by bill, each tied to the official vote record.

Did federal investigators seize Lucas Lodge residents' medical records solely as part of the marijuana and corruption investigation, or is there a separate investigation into the facility's Medicaid billing practices? 🤷♂️
