Ed Woodward would’ve sacked Michael Carrick by now, and he was incompetent. That tells you everything about how bad things have become under INEOS. Let that sink in. 😂

We’ve somehow fallen even further under INEOS 😂 Crazy when you consider how bad we’ve been under the Glazers. Hard to believe, isn’t it? Absolute clowns.

Nobody sensible believed him when he said this at the time. I don’t blame people, though. Everyone wanted something different from the Glazers running football operations. But the problem remains until they’re gone, nothing fundamentally changes. INEOS simply aren’t strong enough to change that.

When Sir Jim Ratcliffe & INEOS officially took control of football operations at Manchester United in 2024, he explicitly promised a new era of professionalism, accountability & open engagement with the fans. Ratcliffe emphasized that INEOS viewed themselves as "custodians of the club" & committed to working transparently with all stakeholders to return the club to the top of world football. They failed, he lied & today is another reminder of that.

There is a growing level of support for Julian Nagelsmann to take over from Michael Carrick if he is sacked by Manchester United. #MUFC [@hirstclass]

Chaos here at the Ballon d’Or as the official website has 3 articles promoting 3 different winners. Organisers in shock. Investigation ongoing as to what’s happened. More to come on @MailSport
