James Cameron And Michael Biehn Were Furious Over What Happened To Hicks, Newt And Bishop After “Aliens”
“I thought that was the stup!dest fucking thing.”
“You spent the last third of your movie saving her.”
“You build a lot of goodwill around the characters of Hicks and Newt and Bishop. And then the first thing they do in the next film is kill them all off, right? Really smart, guys.”
“And replace them with a bunch of fucking convicts that you hate and want to see die. Really clever.”

To the spineless actors of Hollywood this is how it looks when you don't speak with tongue but SPINE. Here is the British actor "simon pegg" calling gaza a nightmare for children.
" Many are so traumatized that they can't eat, sleep or even speak.

I just saw a review for a 350 page book calling it, 'Novella-sized.'
My dears, no. That is not novella-sized. That is nowhere near novella-sized. I know a lot of books are long chonks in the fantasy realm, but 350 pages is a novel. Please, I beg, stop calling that a novella.

Why is everyone trying to censor the horror genre suddenly 💀 it’s horror for a reason, which means it’s going to involve sensitive subjects? If you don’t like it or can’t separate fact from fiction maybe don’t consume horror content

i think the main problem is not just that people want to be able to criticize fic authors, its that they want to be able to criticize fic authors without facing any criticism or backlash themselves. which is like…incredibly ironic

Billy Wilder: "People think when it comes to a screenplay you start with absolutely nothing, but the trouble is you have a million ideas. You have to dramatize it by omitting, by simplifying, by finding a clean theme that leads someplace." #screenwriting

the worst part about having a favourite series is that one day you have to learn to live without it, while a part of you will always wish you could go back to the days when it was still airing.

What movie completely changed your perspective on a character when you rewatched it years later?
A character you loved as a teenager suddenly seemed wrong, while the one you hated actually had a point. MRS. DOUBTFIRE is a perfect example. What movie made you switch sides as an adult?

And if I tell you that this “we should be allowed to critique fics” wave is just part of the “being a hater as a bonding activity” that we see so often with antis on public fandom spaces lately?… the point is cruelty, that constant need of feeling superior, and just being a dick
