Thank you @SouthwestAir & JENI from Customer Experience and Engagement Team. Jeni, I will never be able to thank you enough for fighting for me and SWA totally exceeded my expectations by making things right from the December flight cancellation disaster. I will forever fly SWA!

Utter disgrace @SouthwestAir first you ruin our family Christmas trip to Aruba. We still have not received our flight refunds, or early bird refunds. Still missing luggage checked on Dec 23rd!!!! Not one single response from any emails that have been sent!!! You are a disgrace!
SWA you continue to be an absolute joke company!! Refunds not on credit card statement, no early bird refunds. No response to ANY emails. I have had to call SWA every single day since Dec 23rd for missing luggage… shocker alert “Jan 5th-still no luggage!” Pathetic

I hope the @UEvansville is pulling an EARLY April fools joke as some part of a tiktok trend or something, but CANCELLING Bike Race forever in favor of whatever Purple Palooza is could be the most comical thing I’ve ever seen. From an alumni, trust me, this would be catastrophic
Shame on you @UEvansville Students have already invested personal time training and money invested in training equipment for the Annual University of Evansville Bike Race. The decision to cancel should not have been made at this late notice. #unacceptable #savethebikerace
