Could you please help me by sharing your thoughts… Do you watch videos online or at work to learn? How long can you pay attention before you’re bored? What bores you the most about the experience? What presentation format do you find least boring?

Attempting to remove humanity from the workplace, by banning employees from being human beings, is a very strange and quite repulsive corporate strategy. Any people out there who agree, @VMware is the absolute opposite. Come join us.

Working on a 2021 updated edition of my ebook/course webcomponent.dev So many cool new updates! Lots of stuff on CSS theming using CSS Custom Properties and CSS Part APIs.

We follow this pattern extensively in @VMwareClarity It cleans up a lot of code and makes the styles much more manageable.

We use them for the @VMwareClarity design system @VMware with lots of success. Helps with a11y and consistency. Also see a large adoption in companies using them for "micro-frontends" clarity.design/
My main wish list is for the AOM APIs
