I’ve heard the saying that “God gives his toughest battles to his toughest soldiers.” But when I see the disciples that Jesus chose and suffered for His name sake, I don’t see Him choosing the “toughest soldiers”, as I learn about men and women in the past and even today who have laid down their lives for Jesus, once again I don’t see God choosing His “toughest soldiers.” But I see a strong and mighty God choosing weak men and woman, and empowering them by His Holy Spirit to face some of the toughest battles and be used for His glory. I once thought I was a “tough soldier” until I met Jesus, I then realized that I’m so weak without Him, and apart from Jesus I can’t do anything. I need Jesus daily. The only way that I can truly become who God wants me to be and truly do what God wants me to do, is not by my power not by my might, but only by The Spirit of The Living God. Thank you Jesus.

Tim Tebow said, "Don't be normal. Be an example." John Maxwell said, "A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way." Leadership is demonstrated, not just heard. You lead through your actions and behaviors. Leading by example is not about your title or position, it's about your behavior. • It means demonstrating your values. • It means demonstrating the right behaviors. • It means doing the right thing. Great leaders set the standard and embody that standard. You inspire and motivate when you lead by example because you show others what it means to believe in their own potential. 16 Ways to Lead by Example: The Foundation of Character • Character: Because it shapes your actions and defines who you truly are. • Integrity: Because it builds trust with others and yourself. It strengthens your moral compass. • Self-discipline: Because it creates consistency and shows that you can be trusted with your values and word. • Honesty: Because it builds trust, integrity, and genuine relationships. The Foundation of Relationships • Love: Because it cultivates connection, compassion, and a sense of belonging for everyone. • Leadership: Because it inspires others and drives positive change. • Kindness: Because it spreads joy, lifts others up, and embodies giving. • Emotional Intelligence: Because it nurtures empathy, understanding, and meaningful connections. The Foundation of Resilience and Mindset • Perseverance: Because it empowers you to overcome obstacles and be resilient in the face of any challenges. • Courage: Because it empowers you to face your fears and take bold actions. • Hope: Because it ignites optimism and resilience in the face of challenges. • Gratitude: Because it brings appreciations for the positive things in life. Positivity brings more positivity. The Foundation of Growth • Humility: Because it keeps you grounded, open-minded, and receptive to growth. • Curiosity: Because it fuels growth, learning, and improvement. • Perspective: Because it broadens your understanding and cultivates empathy. • Creativity: Because it brings innovation, problem-solving, and self-expression to life.
